Aviation does not cost much and all the heavy lifting was done in the early r&d, so where is all the money going then.....i know the bod are on huge bonuses but 50m chunks of dilution is pretty hefty stuff.

Well dig into this, since the likes of cae and emirates etc have not signed any deal...can we assume that they might be using SEE as they guinea pig and are likely to go with the cheaper option of SEYE when push comes to shove.....the timing of seye's move into aviation wad interesting to say the least:)

Aviation has been a horror show for seeing machine, it has cost the company 10's of millions and shareholders have been diluted out of the park to pay for it and for what:,

To satisfy the ego and public profile of companies like CAW or Emirates airlines.....See should not have started this journey, then they should have terminated it when it became clear there would be little or no revenue from it.

This is where SEE are most likely to fall....Good tech, decent product and all that but they are misappropriating shareholders money into hairbrained schemes that are not likely to create any value.....that money should have been used to expand fleet far quicker than it has done and this has cost investors a small fortune.

PMG needs to man up and make a statement by dropping Colins with immediate effect and re-routing the resources to parts of the business that will make money....thats what its about not playing star wars with a couple of opportunists who are only in it for their own gain!

There's more vehicles go through the dartford crossing than there is flights in the world on a daily basis......and you cant get dms into any of these cars so whats the chances of getting it into an aeroplane....not much.

Fair enough, these flight suppliers and operators like to play around with a few gimmicks for good publicity now and then but they are not seriously going to put dms into a ****pit.....try getting that past the pilots union when its not regulated.

I have drunk with many a pilot in far flung places and most have 3 favourite things....booze, stewardesses and kip and they are not about to give any of these up or accept a monkey on their backs easily......why do you think they became pilots, its not called a ****pit for nothing you know:):):)

What happened to the argument about the end of the calendar year....the same people still defend ab at any cost even though he failed to deliver anything tangible.

That salary is the equilent of a ftse ceo who has 50,000 employee, massive safety, society and governmental responsibilities far less corporate.

Its aim, nobody objects to the exec team making masses amounts of money but you have to deliver and not keep kicking the can down the road.

The renumeration commitee should be ashamed od themselves for agreeing it and makes me think that he held them to ransom.

Its well known that afc have always had a terribly weak exec team but they outdone themselves with this one!

You would hope that newsflow will now start more regular leading to the agm...lovely!

Personally, i always prefer posters who air on the side of being critical of the companies performance when they dont deliver against stated objectives.......especially if the poster has never changed tact like dw, in his case i would say that the poor communication from the company has made his critical/negative side worse.

Each too their own but we thought afc had turned a corner at the investor day but not to be so criticism is warranted on a board like this....not on the likes of twitter or any other professional platform though.

Hit your targets and/or keep your shareholders better informed and you are less likely to be criticized.

He deserves every penny if he delivers on the scope and scale that we are hoping for....granted.

But hes now been around quite a long time and they have went early with that type of reward so we expect to see big results very soon....very soon:)

Ab is now on the same salary as the ceo of rolls royce so he has parity with his peers let say but it is disparity with the company mc and turnover.

There are many different ways to judge it but it should always be judged negatively until such times as this company are winning work and creating revenue.

Not r&d, not presentations or collaborations....contract volume that will ensure they are a sustainable business going forward and not going cap in hand to the market so they can pay inflated packages.

Nobody begrudges them anything.....just do your job to justify the money:)

All joking aside.....i would not have any problem with however big any salaries were and even options, give them plenty.

But when they are delivering and delivering is not making r&d progress year after year....delivering is growing and turning a business into a money making entity!

I'm fed up seeing companies after 15/20 years still coming out with the usual guff.

They are minnows and its aim....things take time but come on, there seems to be a lot of these bod's taking money under false pretences these days.....if only their operational progress was linked with their renumeration im pretty sure that you would see better performance.

Or at least the rubbish businesses go out the game quicker and save investors money!
