Jesus wept.....quite a few willy nilly's here, its only a contract and there's plenty to go around so no big deal.

You need to concentrate on how this business is being run and not contracts, see will get its fair share but the business model needs altering for shareholders to benefit.

There's a bigger game to play but are you even in the team photo or are you outside without a ticket:)

You can dress the magna deal up any way you like but you or the market are not privvy to the detail.

In fact, your not privvy to any detail so until the bod show some signs that they are interested in making shareholders money instead of enhancing their own opportunity....your up a gum tree!

And you are praising them like they are heroes...come off it, they have had 20 years of very good salaries, free shares and bonuses.

The bonuses in 2018 were a travesty, a 17 year loss making company who are going to be loss making for at least another 7 years and paying their directors massive cash bonuses from money raised from the market.....thats not a good look and you would think they would at least buy some shares.

Im going by history while accepting they were an r&d company for a long time.

But by what we could term as fixed costs i cannot see that scenario changing in the coming years...5 times might be a throwaway figure but i stand by it because im fairly certain they cannot make that sort of step change.

I mean come on......the ceo has a package of a million dollars per year and he has purchased about 10k worth of shares and he is making video's/presentations like he is selling to the market the company is going to explode....lets get real.

Then there's the original inventors....dont see them buying any shares also, does that fill you with confidence.....me neither:):):)

I dont know and neither do you but 200% year on year through to 2026 wont cut it.....it might be high margin 'although the bod have been known to tell a few porkies in their time' but high margin against very low price is not a lot when you have an overhead this size.

You have been misled and you should accept it......it's christmas and time for some humble pie:)

17.5m up front to help pay massively over inflated salaaries for a year or 2 and you can have 3 bucks off the sale price for each.....bobs your uncle and fannies your auntie.

The magna deal is a disaster for shareholders and a final nail in the coffin for trying to make money here and the market knows it.

They should have told magna to make an offer or get lost but they sold out shareholders for the cash as has been the company history for donkeys years.

Nothing will happen here for years and it will get 50/50 if they can survive.....their overhead is 5 times the size it should be for the money they will generate.

You have be strung along far too long and that september presentation was your worst nightmare!

I don't know any of these folk you keep saying are me and im certainly not part of any group.

You on the other hand are and as it seems to me that not one of you are willing to call out the bod's performance in any shape or form i think its fair to assume who is more likely to be telling the truth!

Not one question asked at the agm despite the sp halving in less than a year and dont talk to me about the ii's because it certainly seems that they are kept in the know far more than any shareholder....im not saying they are trading on it but somethings not right.

The bod's lack of investment into the company suggests they know thats not the best way to make money here.

Anyway.....soon be christmas and shareholders can at least stop worrying about their investment for a couple of weeks:):)

Magna and the bod:)

Magna have done an assualt on the company and taken what they wanted for a pittance and the bod were only too happy to roll over, take the money and let them:)

In effect, they have vetoed any chance that shareholders had of making money here and this is self evident in their failure to buy any shares...why should prospective investors buy shares here when the bod are giving everyone the 2 fingered salute!

I fear this has become a very dangerous situation whereby the bod take what they want, tell shareholders to wait then another disaster reveals itself and hey presto....back to square one again!

Why should shareholders take all the risk while the bod rake in the money and sit in the boardroom non plussed:)

It would not be so bad if this was just 5 or 6 years but we are talking 22 here.
