Management purchase some shares like they did last time above 50p (see the rns data in December)

Which is excellent news as it means the forced distressed sellers are done

now its the day traders and fast money and then it will be the value buyers, whom are the ones that re-rates the stock to a sensible level

this shouldnt have dropped below 50p let alone get down to 22p!

yes the business has issues but its not as terminal as the market has presented it to be and thats simply due to the miss guidance on cash flow. Audit showed nothing thats going to affect cash or operating funds so company needs to get some contracts won, purchase some shares, get the insititutions back on side and reshuffle management

in the meantime, PE and competitors will be running their eyes over the opportunity here as the numbers are positive if you strip out this years blip!

OH and the audit shows no impact to cash or operating funds! so that was a drama that dropped the price from 120 -45 p on the first go!

US buyers werent there today, i expect a blue day tomorrow as it feels the aggressive selling is now done

anyone opening shorts at this level are day traders and not professional shorters as the cost to borrow is high and the risk to reward doesnt point downwards from these levels

MM have little to play for here , they only step in if there are not matched trades

expect that today is the day that forced sellers close out and value buyers try and find a bottom, some will just be waiting, others scale in.

shorting at this level isnt really going to help

say there is a rights issue- then you wouldnt want to be short anyway! so at some stage their naturally will be more buyers than sellers and it will squeeze up

firstly need the hot money either side to exit , which will happen when you have single digits movements rather than double!

Once this clears all the fast money, that is when you shall see less volatility

i expect subject to market conditions, you will be 5% moves daily rather than double digits

I would say the disposals are needed, they need to streamline the business, take hits on loss making business as their resources are too stretched and they over extended themselves on the debt

get back to the more profitable O+G projects, Trump will help with that and start from where they used to be excellent at

Evidently the BOD cannot just be replaced within a day, i would guess that the discussions of succession planning are well underway, this will be led by lenders and major shareholders,

Poker- as you know- the market is forward looking, todays pricing is based on what you just said but the market prices in the journey and this is now a complete recovery play

mcap of £150m it has certainly wiped many out along the way but pricing the stock to just remain stale after such destruction is not going to happen

more likely to attract those that like these types of turnaround stories as they know if the company delivers, then teh returns are much better

this is high risk/high rewards now and thats why people invest at the "bottom" of such movements

Maybe they have just given the worst case scenario and everything will be ok in the end

management stuck in £5m at 50p+ im sure they are feeling some of the pain here

phones will be hot and i think the review will be finalised faster now the eyes are all over this

biggest thing they said the review wont impact cash, so i think we can put it to bed that it will have any further impact

Think many are waiting for 20p as a round number but i see this forming a bottom to base off today from here.

whether it gets to 20p or not this week, that is all down to whether the seller goes, management step in or it just craps itself all the way to zero

there has been ZERO bounce since 70p fall so even as a complete gamble you would think it has at least a couple in it.

could obviously just fall further have no bounce and flush all hard and fast money out in the process
