NONSENSE

IF the BOD bought £3m that would be confidence that they see value at this level like they didnt when they put in £5m at 50p

why confidence, well as you know, they are constantly inside and are unable to sell

the issue is if they were like 95% of this BB and buy at 30p and sell at 31p- that would have it crater, other than that, its a large purchase would be great for the shareprice

Any update given by the bod doesnt mean you sell or buy automatically does it- the price isnt set by the company- yes granted they created sentiment and event but its you/me/funds that decide how to react

on friday it was a chain reaction BUT the price isnt set by the company, its the market that decides- its simple

more buyers than sellers, price goes up, more sellers than buyers, price goes down

on friday we had leverage being unwound, FTSE tracker funds selling, those that just wanted out selling and nobody stepped in on the buy side

thats the market, now its up to the company to create positive sentiment so the buyers outstrip the sellers on a daily basis so the market can rerate the price of the company

Movement now all the leverage has been taken out

SETS is automated MM step in to find homes when their are no automatic home so they are there just isnt the first port of call, hence when this crashed friday, they didnt step in SETS trading took in lower as probably the MM had short books running and didnt want buyers to step in.

its all a ringed system, if a large institution is stepping in to buy, then they would probably place an order with the market to work, again, allowing the MM to step in as and when it feels like it, until then they let buyers and sellers match off, as they wont be making any money stepping in with spreads less than 0.10%

They released an update Friday, i know their plans via the update.

Think a few need to separate the price of the shareprice VS what the company are doing

The price of the shareprice has been over extended by forced sellers compared to the update

now we are at over extended fall, the companies plans will now re-rate the price back to a more reasonable level without the need to go bananas

management have clearly screwed up as the company shouldnt be in the state it is going from cash flow positive to negative, so someones head needs to roll BUT equally they dont control what buyers and sellers emotions/criterias/ investment thesis is, they just gave the market a fully loaded uzi and it shot the mag pretty quickly

thats created this opportunity to buy a business valued in the billions at £170m mcap

The bod dont decide the price, the market does. there is clear evidence why the price is lower than it was before the update, it just shouldnt have got this low but that is market dynamcis re forced sellers vs buyers that wasnt stepping in.

this isnt some mickey mouse AIM company, they will be engaged all week with bankers, brokers, lenders, funds, institutional investors, shareholders and then will take that feedback and action plans

thats why their are committess, and BOD set up so rash decisions dont just happen

they cant just leave without succession plans as that would cause uncertainity. this things take grown up discussions not rockets on a BB

Poker - SETS is a matched trading platform where volumes either side of the trade is matched to lower costs and spreads as buyers and sellers find themselves

However the MM will step in if there are larger trades either side to find a home for that stock

SETS first , MM after, thats how the exchange keeps the cost down, the spreads close and MM dont end up with excess shares on their books carrying exposure

There hedge will need to close at some point (if that is the case) which is great for longs buying at artificial lows

Has to test to see where the volume is to match off trades on SETS

there isnt the downward wave of sells now, so the market back tested that earlier to see if it would break 25p to attract more sellers- it didnt so now they go and test the next level- 30p and so on and so forth

TR1 selling will be all but done now, only sellers will be day traders (likely to have gne on the back test)

value buyers will make a serious amount of cash here on the rebound
