TS options are dilutive to your holding

so lets say these lot dont get anything over the line and a new BOD come in and get it to 0.60p and these guys decide to dilute you all by exercing their warrants and flipping them for 10%

1- your diluted and the companies ability to rise is hindered

2. they create overhang

3. they have a free hit on company success whether they are part of that or not and quite frankly given what they have produced to date, that isnt deserved

if they had deliver everything and multi bag this to 1p already and then issue 500k at 1.5p so be it

but they issued them without delivering anything and that only benefits them in the future NOT you!!

unless you dont understand how dilution works, when you should given you love this company so much

CEO knows he is out his depth, that its just a boys club and they are hoping they can fudge their way to a point that they have aload of cheap shares and when someone else comes in, they can benefit from it

they have around £10m to buy back and that would be easy

expect a few overnight discussions on how they try damage limitations

tomorrow ill certainly be interesting but funds rarely want losses to run and they wont take a punt of t/o not happening as they deal in margins

IF the initial cash proposal was an outright NO, we would have heard about it today

I believe the lenders, deloitte and banks will all be pushing for a takeover and a new start for the company here

therefore, even though the business declined offers above 200p - i think all parties will be comfortable, albeit a dent in the pride department, with a £2bn takeover. debt repaid, full restructure

now dont be surprised if 1-2 more parties come in here. i think that the shorters are about to be hit hard from these lows and the ones higher up wont want good profit being eatten away

everyone knows that the best way forward is a new way forward

this isnt some crap AIM company so expect the big boys to make the big decision so nobody looses

Given where WG is today, i think that would be fair value for the business and present the buyer with the upside and WG the opportunity to preserve shareholder value without any future dilution or financial restructuring

The lenders will all be involved here too and they will be forcing Woods hand as they will want their money back sooner than taking on higher risks with the company in terms of trying to refinance

additionally this will keep the group whole and will stop any selling of assets etc which in the future will help drive profits to the new buyer

all in all a total TAKEOVER
