That’s always been my point. Things take time and the management team present stuff like its near term when it’s not. Ie tax losses ramp November etc

Just be realistic and if you genuinely believe in the board then you will get rewarded.

However management need to help themselves and be realistic as there are alot of hoops to still jump in tax losses and BM production

I’ve never said they won’t happen, just said both will take longer and the company has hurt more by focusing too much on the wrong things with too many interviews etc

Are part of an existing plan, any other purchases will be made separately like the ones in November when they bought £5m above 50p

If you could ask ECR to put together an updated presentation with all of the numbers for BM, that may start helping people on the fence believe, whilst given the market a reason to re-rate the stock

if they are only months away from production, they should have done their numbers, (cant be finger in the air stuff) so would give some meat for people to chew

however, any buyer will need a week or two as if they are serious their M&A teams are going to need to get something together to present to their boards, they will need to engage lenders, banks, etc

id start to think that maybe after next week, some things may start to come to surface on disposal and offer side in terms of Wood having to tell the market specifics

now the shareholder register is tidying itself up, we should see a gradual recovery, we dont want the spikes as thats no good ffor anyones ticker

Have opened at all time lows, so once the squeeze happens it will hurt, those that have shorted from 120 onwards are well in the money and can take some heat

any sign of a bid or significant disposal and this is going to see some almighty rebound

we are at this mcap due to all the failings, thats why the company isnt trading at £2 BUT that is the buying opp

They have assets to sell so i see either a scale down of the business where they sell certain assets, pay down the debt and refinance a smaller amount with a smaller business OR they just sell the whole thing

there is no doubt in my mind that buyers are circuling, the thing is the structure of the deal that will be important

from these levels i think 100-120 is realistic and is massively undervaluing the business BUT ultimately needs must and the buyer will be getting a fantastic deal

long term holders not so much but unfortunately the business is simply in this position and competitors will pounce

the BOD arent doing a good enough job, they have had 15 months now to get ECR moving for shareholders

Had £9m in one lump sum wired to them on their sale on GMET. AGAINST £16m mcap and they have aload of other assets

and that moved a whole of ZERO %

So ECR with £2m coming with 6m mcap and knowing that 2m will just be put into the ground, what do we think is really going to happen here, maybe touch 0.3?

the company diluted at the wrong possible time on the back of an over promotion and some might suggest a targeted ploy to raise funds on back on news that was never coming as has been proven to date

So now we are waiting for a two stage payment from an unknown company that are clearly dragging their heels, all the while they are still suggesting that they rather take more months with BM to do more surveys etc

Todays news is simply irrelevant

the ONLY relevant thing for ECR is BLUE MOUNTAIN so for teh love of god they should just stop mentioning these tax losses as they are highlighting the amateur nature of the BOD and their inexperience of running a mining company

Clearly people think £500k of future dilutive options are fine. I disagree as they should have been awarded once they have BM in production as a reward.

But why so many- its a complete pay day as they could leave without actually having any success, some other guys come in and rerate the stock and yet they profit massively for executing absolutely nothing

why have none of the other interested parties put a deal on the table (would have to be RNS if they did) 4 other parties have had all month having been under NDA for 6 months
