Agree somewhat 5percent, but a Director selling £1.8m worth is a lot and Yes it could be for house purchase, taxes, diversification, etc..., but shows that he may perceive better investment elsewhere. He can also be wrong as he also may be wrongly pressured from other family members, etc... I feel that a reason should legally have to be given for such high value sales by internal mgt. Shorters can also be wrong, and just looking to gain on a small pullback, and this is all part of the DARK journey. I am optimistic here though as Cyber Security is a major growth area and wage inflation is falling.

Greygeorge, What threat did I make, just spend 20 minutes thinking before you answer ? Also, you know nothing about my financial circumstances, I have over 25 stocks each with different risks and cureent status. DEC is just one share of mine and less than 3% of my portfolio. You really have serious mental issues, my advice is to sort them out foe your own peace of mind.
