Might not be 'rocket science' Easy-Livin (why is your tone so rude and condescending ?), but I did 'bother to' (again an unpleasant tone - why ?) look down through list and saw 1041p as the highest price after 4pm. Maybe I missed the 1140p, that's all, but why on earth buy any shares at 100p higher than the highest market prices to begin with ?

Notrex, the BB RNS states that 1140p was the highest price paid yesterday !! The latge sp fall was Mon so don't know how they bought at 1140p Tues ?

NalaKapala1, one thing absent from comments here is that the BOD stated that this CEO appointment is supported by Institutional Investors, presumably a suitable %, unless the BOD are lying of course. The II's concerned need to not just support the appointment but also buy more shares !!

MR1234, using your logic shouldn't DEC have current provision for all its future liabilities, eg Wages & Salaries, Utility bills, Taxes, etc... ?!!

Svend, wouldn't concern me. They've increased their sp target from 100p (ffs) to 240p so shows how far behind the curve they are as their target 2 days ago was 100p !! They could hardly have anything but Sell to tie in with their 240p !! Also, as you say, Berenberg are smallish.

Looking forward to 400p this year !!

Kipper9, I think you can claim that extra 15% WHT from iweb as they should not deduct 30% WHT if yoy have submitted a completed W8-Ben form to them. Indeed you could report them to the relevant regularity authority.

Thanks lampedusa, good digging !! I don't think even a halving of the dividend at current levels would be as bad for the sp as some have opined, indeed it may even increase the sp as perception of the Bal Sheet would improve.

There's no News in the public domain in the USA, that I can find, which indicates or accuses DEC of fraud, surprised that greygeorge hasn't provided any as backup for his serious assertions.

Yes, Fraud can be complex and we've all seen that in the UK Post Office scandal !!
