If they were mining 1.3 a day last month then you're looking at 10 or less for Jan. To be honest since the new CEO came onboard we haven't really heard a lot from him.

Both parties would be in a dubious legal position if the mining carried on without a formal agreement.

There's nothing there to suggest that they are still running, just that they will be refurbished (ie. dried and fan re-attached).

It also means they have 2.3eh less online. Perhaps 0.5 eh running in Canada? I don't see a way out of this mess.

The s19j pros are 30 JT, so it costs twice as much as the current 15 or less JT models to mine with (more electricity required. The better miners have 4 to 5 cent electricity costs per kWh. Hosting you might get 7 cents if you're lucky. So your costs are 150% higher or so to host these which means they are not profitable to run hosted. To sell it would be less than 500 a unit, given they are modified I would guess 200-300 max per unit.

HC, it's weird - I think there's a lot of shares sat idle in accounts from years ago, however they've done so much placing that there must be a huge active float out there. However next to no volume the last month. Doesn't really make much sense to me.

Chaebol, yes it will be a game of chicken with that one - I think 10p will be a big one also, which is why I aim to get out before then - a lot of shares out there and a lot of people will be aiming for a free ride. However I feel the MM's are out of shares so this is free to move - certainly has momentum but just needs to churn through any slicing volume which I think it will, especially with any of the catalysts you mention. Unless they do a placing of course and undo it all - always a risk but fingers crossed they don't.

They'll need to consolidate shares to maintain Nasdaq listing ( or perhaps just adjust the adr ratio)

Interesting that they think they can put the fans on and run air cooled again. But hosting economics don't work for that model of machine, maybe they can get a profit share with a hoster. But agree they'll likely sell the machines.

Thanks Chaebol for the GST tip, I've doubled already on my original stake and bought a bit more after at 2.40-2.70 range, got 20mil of them in total now. Seems to have legs and an Argo 20/21 vibe. Target wise it's impossible to say, I think I'll be out though in the 7-10p range if it runs there. I'll give it most of Jan and see where it goes.

The share price has doubled in the last few weeks I'm not sure who it is that is losing money? Shorters? Traders who got sidelined?

Might be waiting for Nasdaq notice of 30 days under $1 to get it all done in one shot.

A lot of them exited on Friday as per trade data, but thought they'd buy back lower for their next trade. If it carries on upwards they'll be doubly annoyed.

BTBT has an ETH treasury which they stake - not really a small cap though.

SK, the main NASDAQ hodl miners have been using FASB for 12 months already. One of the quarters after a significant BTC rise they all reported very good quarterlies, however the market completely ignored it. So if you're looking for FASB results uplift it might not happen. That said the market might be in a different phase now and perhaps it will who knows - hopefully it does. Will be interesting to see what MSTR does in Q1 results.

MARA, CLSK, HUT, RIOT all have decent bitcoin holdings so should all report good FASB results.
