@DrBobretired - I was wondering the same thing. Seen it time and time again over the years with all of these rampers - they think they are going to get rich quick (and try to convince everyone else too) until Harry comes along with his latest stunt and clutches defeat from the jaws of victory.

@Krok - I, too, would sell at 5p. Actually, I'd sell at 3p. Totally fed up with poor management after all these years.

@Target6p - very nice post, and wholly pragmatic - I like it. It seems much more realistic than all of this "10p by year end" or 37p rubbish. Too many rampers on this board.

Well, that comment can't be directed at me, because you think I hold none. Anyhow, if it was - you are correct that I have no time for Harry, and that he has stitched up PIs many times. Nobody can deny the potential here, as I have confirmed before. So I don't think it is fake. But much value has been destroyed. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but calling people stupid is just childish, especially given the history here. Filtered.

@Xhita - I hear your arguments and agree with lots - KEFI most certainly do have great assets and could do very well. I remain a long term holder, hoping to turn a profit, but remain VERY sceptical that Harry is going to screw up again and pull the rug from under everyone's feet. Time will tell.

@Xhita - if you assume I have no shares in KEFI then you are wrong, I am afraid. I have offered many times to prove this and nobody has accepted so I don't bother anymore.

@Magic-orb - I remember all of this. Some people have very short memories, or choose not to hear certain things. I guess it is easy for newcomers to believe everything Harry says, but (for me, especially) I've heard so much waffle that it goes in one ear and out the other. @Xhita may be a new long term holder or just the latest in a very long line of rampers trying for a quick buck - I don't know (his/her posts are very in-depth, well constructed and balanced, so probably the former) - but, either way, I take everything Harry says with a pinch of salt. Let's just hope there are no more curve balls thrown in the way (including dilution).

Well, I have been here for 14yrs, and I can tell you that Harry has said PLENTY of things over the past few years that have turned out to be blatant lies. Just because he has said it, there is absolutely no guarantee that there is any truth in it. In fact, it staggers me when people quote Harry, believing what he says.

Harry tells people what they want to hear. Quite often he goes against what he has previously said. It has happened plenty of times before and will happen again.

@Aldebaran - I could not agree more. Harry has such contempt for his shareholders, he really shouldn't be running ANY company let alone this one. He didn't need to raise as much as he did, but went ahead anyway. I so wish he would do the right thing and step aside, I really do. After 14 years of putting up with this rubbish I am running out of patience with that overpaid oaf.

@Magic-orb - yup. All the time there are bucket shops dumping shares and no significant updates to trigger buying in volume we aren't going to get over 1.3p for any prolonged period of time. There just isn't the appetite for KEFI at the.moment.

@Bonkers0801 - I would block @sharezy if I were you - as I have done. The rude nature of the posts and the incessant ramping is just too much to bear. Some here just can not accept the fact that the share price is so low, and are totally blind to the elephant(s) in the room as to why it is struggling. No point in speaking the truth here because you'll just get shot down, as I have. I have offered time and time again to prove my holdings when people say "ah, he doesn't hold and is just trying to buy in lower" but these spineless rampers NEVER take me up on my offer.

@OldWiseBull007 - I think you are correct. I thought all shorts over 0.5% had to be publicly declared, and according to short tracker just one hedge fund is short on SYNT (and have been reducing for a while) unless I am mistaken, so it's possible that there are a few short under 0.5% who are closing. Regardless, nice recovery over the past few weeks...let's hope for 150p+ in the near term.

@Tugmaster - Broken promises (or, rather "missed expectations") and delays are most certainly what the market thinks of KEFI.

We need the bucket shops to sell up, and proper updates regarding progress before this can get anywhere near 2p. Let's hope the 2nd half of 2026 is better.

@simms45 - personally, I absolutely can believe we are here. Bad management, prospect of more dilution, no progress updates and placing shares going to bucket shops - it all weighs on the share price. These are all well known and have been mentioned a number of times before.

@Qnard - the devil may be in the detail...but the difference is significant. By a factor of 10. It is important to highlight the fact that Harry most certainly does not work for just £75k per annum. I'll leave it there.

....actually, his total remuneration is £733k. But still a factor of 10 over the £75k you mentioned. My opinion - WAY too high, given the dilution (and deceit, saying "no more dilution"). It is all very disappointing.

@Qnard - £75,000pa? You didn't mean that, did you? You were a factor of 10 out - £750k, right? His salary is about £733,000, and for that amount of money (and dilution suffered and value destroyed) yes - I do think he is overpaid and mediocre. My opinion.

@deedee1 - fair point. Let's hope so.....though the big boys are likely to be the ones participating in the raise and flipping for a quick 10%, as always. A few very large sells today, sadly. It was looking so good at close yesterday.

Let's hope one of them is not another placing. You can bet, as sure as night follows day, that when Harry wants more money for his next fantasy project he'll throw PI's under a bus and do another bucket-shop raise. It's just his way - tell everyone no raise required, and then a few weeks later, hey presto!

Harry is an under-achieving, over-paid, mediocre CEO who only cares about his own pocket and his next pipedream.

Let's hope it can get to 2p+ before he raises again. Another large £80k sell today. These could last for weeks, sadly. Typical KEFI, always the way - just when you think the tide is turning, another huge sell comes along. Sticky hands my arse.
