@diggit - if KEFI want to be taken seriously then they should really address shareholders concerns. To ignore queries like this, especially when deadlines have been missed, is wholly unprofessional. If they go to a "proper" market they will need to up their game.

I emailed the company a few days ago, asking if they were going to issue an RNS explaining why the latest deadline was missed.

They didn't come back with 'yes' or 'no' - they didn't even bother to reply.

Personally I think this is pretty appalling. Let's just hope that there are not problems and the latest partners are still committed to sign.

Unfortunately, TW knows nothing. Harry spouts rubbish to TW and TW spouts rubbish to his followers. He knows nothing more than the next man. Harry tells people what they want to hear, end of story.

This final funding is, quite obviously, more complicated than Harry portrayed.

@dvharrison. Agreed, 100%. All these people saying RNS last week, RNS today, RNS tomorrow etc - at the end of the day this could be a day away or a few months (plus another placing). Nobody knows. I had no reply to my email earlier. Just hope we don't go under 1.7p while we are waiting. Maybe @robjm66 had impeccable timing.

For what it is worth (probably not worth it) but, for info, I have just emailed the company asking if they plan on issuing an update RNS given that another deadline has been missed. If I get a reply I will post it.

@dvharrison - alternative sources is a possibility. Back in November Harry said "a week to organise and a week to sign". He also said recently that royalty was the same terms as Chancery. We are now in March, and were told of "finessing".....so there is a fly in the ointment somewhere. Another missed deadline.

@hubstar - I get your point, but Chancery saying "over the line" is the same as Harry saying it's all done and dusted. For me, personally, nothing short of signed, legally binding docs is good enough. We can agree to differ, I guess, on what constitutes "done".

@hubstar - news? RNS? I sincerely hope so. The pessimist in me says we'll still be hanging on over the weekend, but if it lands then we should clear 2p hopefully. I really hope Harry can meet this deadline. I really do. I thought Harry said the outstanding streaming deals would be on the same terms as Chancery, in which case they should be simple - no arguing that A wants better than B etc - same terms for everyone. Maybe I mis-understood, not sure.

@hubstar - a level of decency? My posts (since I rejoined) have been nothing short of courteous and polite to everyone. Despite this, along with me being totally honest, I have suffered abuse by the same posters who are abusive to everyone. If you want to think I have more than one profile, go ahead. Anyhow, who raised you to such a level as to "give me the benefit of doubt"? Just because I rejoined and my posting history is short it doesn't mean I am not a significant holder - I won't even offer to prove it again.

@hubstar - I have already assured you that I am not the same poster as @bonkers, and even offered on many occasions to get on a teams call to prove my holding, but you ignored it. So to claim we are the same is incorrect, childish and stupid.

Litigation costs money - a lot of it - who on earth is going to pay for that, just because someone is posting (what you claim) is rubbish?

If it bothers you that much....and you can't ignore of filter, then why not raise it with LSE? Prosecution.....🤣🤣🤣 - it's just a free share board after all. I'd prefer to read rubbish that insults any day of the week.

@Lib3rtarian - the vitriol being thrown around here is appalling. Same old angry, intolerant posters, telling people to 'f' off etc. If they were THAT confident then they wouldn't be getting their knickers all in a twist. Although unlikely, it is conceivable that the final royalty signatures may be delayed if there are signs of trouble. But this can only be acknowledged if you are pragmatic. I'd be amazed if we get an RNS today or tomorrow, and the idea that it is being delayed for some reason (as one poster suggested) is just ridiculous. If you've held for 14yrs like me then an extra week makes no difference. Any sign of war, though, and that is a different story.

@dsrt2012 - you are correct - finance is not done. A ceremony is not legally binding, nor are interviews or words that happen to come out of Harry's mouth. We need that final signing - signed, legally binding documents.

You are correct, and that is why I think so many posters here are so touchy - they've thrown the kitchen sink into this company, they are way over exposed and any negativity is attacked.

Me? Around 10% of my portfolio.

A very weak finish, despite all of the noise earlier.

I am not fussed if you give me the benefit of the doubt or not - if you think that only one poster on this whole board thinks it is reasonable to post concerns, and that they have multiple profiles and post in multiple formats, then that is for you to own. Personally I think it is comical. But think what you want. Doesn't bother me. Why don't you set up a teams call between you and I? I can put it to bed, then, if it bothers you that much.
