@Fantasy - you're correct - nothing would make me happier to see Harry sacked and pull that rug from under his feet. He is greedy, vastly overpaid and - above all - a blatant liar. I think it is time for @mithrel to rally shareholders again for an EGM to get rid of him.

@simms45 - how can a huge placing be incredible news? For crying out loud. The ONLY good thing to come out of this is that the project is now fully funded. But the next placing (for whatever reason) could be just around the corner. Honestly - if there was a takeover now at 2.5p I'd vote for it in a split second and get rid of these dog shares once and for all. All this talk of NPV-this and 15p/share that is nonsense all the time Harry is running the company. The man is a vastly overpaid disgrace.

@GoldQueen - yes, it absolutely IS time to oust Harry. Time and time again he has lied to investors and does not deliver shareholder value, especially given his obscene salary. The guy is a joke, actually. Placing after placing after placing.....while all the time lying through his teeth and consistently failing to meet expectations. Anyone thinking there are not further bumps in the load are naive to say the least. I have a fair holding here - nothing would make me happier to see Harry given the boot. I am so fed up of his constant ramping and failure to deliver. At this rate we will be lucky to be 2p by end-of-year.

@ronvee - harry categorically stated recently that there was no need for a placing.....and here we are. would you call that lying? he tells people exactly what they want to hear, regardless of whether it is true. recent events in the world may have thrown a spanner in the works regarding royalty deals.....but harry should really think about what he says, and how misleading it could be, if things change. this really is appalling. same old "full of ****" harry.

@StephenX - I agree. I have filtered @sharezy because of the constant aggressive and abusive nature of his posts - so I can't see what he has written - but how ANYONE can defend Harry given all of the lies he has peddled recently is staggering. Mind you, Harry has been lying to shareholders for years, so nobody should be particularly surprised.

harry is full of ****. always has been, always will be. it was only last week that i mentioned a placing, and the persistent rampers ridiculed me. back in november it was "a week to organise and a week to sign", and here we are in march, with no sign of any royalty deals.....but another retail offer at 1.2p. given that harry said recently that there were more than enough people queueing up to offer cash, now everyone can see (even the most supportive and gullible) that harry talks ****e and you should never believe a word he says.

@deangalloway - you will come to realise that @diggit1gold can not handle anything other than ultra-bullish comments. Even balanced, pragmatic posts are offensive and upsetting to him if they contain a morsel of doubt.

@mf2017 - I have actually been invested since 2012. Genuinely. First a few in an iWeb non-ISA (pre the 17:1 consolidation), then a few more......then more in an iWeb ISA, then in one SIPP, and another SIPP, and (more recently) in my T212 ISA. I used to post here years ago (similar username) and on ADVFN, but stopped because of the abusive and unsavoury posts from some people. I joined here again in 2026, because I am recently retired and have a bit more time. @deedee has been around just about as long as me, I remember him from ADVFN years ago, as I do @robjm66. Unfortunately that ADVFN board is totally unusable now, so I joined here....but this is only marginally better. Some posters are excellent, though. Obviously I want this to succeed, but I have a "laissez faire" attitude now, having been here so long. Another few months is neither here or there for me, and I can wait - I am just pragmatic and wholly aware of the curve balls that can be thrown our way.

@longfell - I am not saying they need one. I am saying that I wouldn't be surprised if there was one. Don't believe I've been here for 14yrs? I've offered plenty of times to prove it and nobody accepted so I'm not going to offer again. Sigh......

@Upshunt - the possibility of another placing is a possibility, albeit a small one.....and - yes - it wouldn't surprise me given past events. I know that some non pragmatic posters here will spit feathers at the thought, but we are where we are. Nobody expected the share price to drift like this and there are some very touchy people around at the moment. Let's hope that the final 20m arrives before (another) placing.

@diggit1gold - I am merely posting opinion, as anyone is allowed to do. You seem very easily offended - that is your problem, not mine. Been here 14 years and never sold a single share, so obviously not a trader! 🤡🤡🤡

@PirateJack - agreed 100%. Same old story - Harry setting 'expectations' that he can NEVER keep. It erodes confidence. This will drift now - probably lower. When he says 'a few weeks' it could very well be months.....in which time another placing could come along to crater the share price even more. Totally fed up with KEFI management to be honest. Lame.

The market knows that full finance sign off is not imminent. As @molatovkid said, this is clearly more than waiting on signatures. Back to 1.5p.

@ronvee - anything is possible with Harry. Says anything he wants just to placate shareholders. Nobody knows whether this is one day away or another few months.

@dvharrison - yup. Harry is an absolute MASTER at dressing bad news up as good. Brings a whole new word to the word 'finesse'.

@NigelWilliams - sure. I know that Harry doesn't ever set "deadlines" but he does specify dates and precedes them with "expected" so that gives a fair indication of when people can expect things to be completed by. Except that these expectations are NEVER met.

I have lost count of the amount of times that shareholders say "the price should be much higher, I really can't understand why it's not at least X pence, blah".....but when deadlines (or rather 'expectations') are always missed, placings happen when Harry says 'no further placings expected' and poor communication is prevalent then they should know EXACTLY why the share price is not higher.

Let's hope an RNS lands soon and there are not unexpected problems.

@WalterMitie - I agree 100%. I know this is Ethiopia, I know this is AIM, blah blah, but I don't know why Harry specifies deadlines when he NEVER meets them. I am convinced that he knows he can NEVER meet them. Good luck with your email - but I doubt you'll get a reply, even when they probably don't have many to address anyway.
