Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), a leading UK estate agency business, has received notification that Paul Pindar, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 14.76p per Share on 2 August 2022. Following this purchase, Paul Pindar and Sharon Pindar, a person closely associated, together hold 14,081,056 Shares representing 4.59% of the total issued share capital.

On another chat board they say Farallon have a fair stake in Pantheon. So does anyone know their amount invested here ? It's a successful company that chooses the exciting stocks I have heard. Likes to also profit take without awaiting the highest rise, so they like to do short term investments.

More funds needed is in their RNS . Ummh !

Games Workshop Group PLC Full Year Results

Could be worth a read of my previous post.

Was 11.5p to buy when you posted & rocket it did. About 17.25p to buy after today's strong rise.
Maybe been tipped since their announced contracts !

Thanks for the one up. So results 26th July for Games Workshop & these are promising to be very good, like £155m total profit made. Their Warhammer most popular, especially during covid times.

When to buy is the big question. Not troubled about getting aboard the capital raise proposal.
So it's to be further monitored & also I have to have the spare cash available. So happy to see the 2 weeks outcome for now.

Ha ha to the desperation comment & fair views that the Capital Raise might be £4 say. But I was looking at AML at about £3 -80, however decided to invest in Pantheon Resources instead. They are most hopeful their drill bit will deliver in Alaska. We shall see, & who knows I may just be able to buy into AML in August. Still intend to invest.

Just because a wealthy overseas investor is willing to purchase into the company, it has to be mentioned this stock is still highly volatile, & this is owing to the proposed rights issue..............

Remember selling out too early at 31.5p in March & when they rose further I knew I had sold too early, but would like to get back in, as it's an exciting stock, but the fall has started & in these market conditions with gold being nothing special price wise, maybe I should just wait a bit longer. However - it won't be a huge buy, but maybe £2k's worth. Any thoughts on this appreciated.

Re the previous post from Richred_uk I have selected a sentence that has indeed applied to me. 'The drop in prices means the shares have also caught the attention of investors who had previously avoided the shares.' Now although I saw Games Workshop tipped in CITY.AM, I also liked the fallback of the share that had been affected by market conditions, but I also agree that GAW is very unlikely to be affected badly in any recession. With the results out 26th July & the company expects £150m profit after tax, this is also a growing company that might also have a share split the next time they are £100 + , & with their expansion in The United States plus intending to open their business up to Asia in a big way, this share would most likely then have still only 64m shares in issue with a share price of £50 to grow upwards again. So any price below £70 is a gift as they also pay 5 - 6 dividends a year currently equating to £2 - 40 approx.
And who knows ? The government change in P M may turn the markets to recovery mode.

I made a mistake selling 1/2 my holding at 7.3p. Kind of think I should have sold the lot, this being a Russian exploring share. Still confident with GAW & SOS giving me dividend & profitable returns respectively. Nice profit from both after 2 years onwards.

No choice but to hold as being a Dublin stock my broker said I had to contact them direct. What a pain.

I can wait for July to see what their update is that hopefully will reward shareholders term. Might just buy a few more now.
