Maybe the upbeat post in today's CITY A.M. for Foxton's will boost the Rightmove share price.
FOXTONS shares closed up almost 7% yesterday after it reported a 25% spike in revenue in the third quarter compared to 2021.
The British estate agent's overall intake came in at £43.8m for the three months to September compared to £35.1m last year in the same period. This driven by an increase in it's lettings , sales and financial service sectors, with a significant 44% increase in it's sales. It's lettings were up almost 20% too. Their financial services increased almost 40%.
The company said it was confident for the rest of the year.

Their trading update was inspiring & when they post results early March, will no doubt impress. Expect a gradual rise approaching results day. Buy them cheap and be patient with this share. Bet it rewards investors by next Summer.

Strong Buy is America's Ben's Creek (BEN) especially owing to today's news of their new pit. They supply for the steel industry over their. What a buying opportunity as the forecast - targets are enormous here.

Ben's Creek have just announced a new pit & this will really increase their revenue. I also like the buying opportunity as most shares have tanked since that dreadful Mini Budget.

Not excited about buying any stocks pre the economy announcements at the end of the month. Might be a dull Monday.
Steer well clear of any retail stocks for now, in fact any shares perhaps. Might be buying opportunities in November, although ASOS would be a gamble since it has been downgraded.

Can't see this functioning again - so for large investors that are slowly finding out today's news, it's a SELL , S E L L , S ELL!

Best to cut one's losses today having read their post. Seen suspensions in other speculative shares. Not much money around anyway, so loss makers such as Pure Gold Mining are most likely Doomed !! So agree with 'Bluetigeruk ' s post.

Well happy with having piled in about 2 + a bit years ago. Can't believe they were 1.87p then. Maybe time to sell half. With future prospects, I still want to be in for any ride upwards. But the question is ' how long do investors await THAT !

I notice that another successful cyber security company besides GBG, that boasts offices in the states, & have purchased a company that will enable them to grow their profits more - 'Intercede' - IGP has seen a lot of trades this morning & the company is posting regular updates too. Viewing their graph it's a company on the recovery now. They have grown their cash reserves too. Post in November. Been 30% up today in price. Under 50p is still good.
Now I realise Enquest will also be going places soon & 47p target price from one broker for now is a reason to invest, but Intercede Group plc might be a nice 3 bagger now they have purchased another company.

Abingdon to receive £11.8m excluding vat. Very nice outcome. 13.5p+ is possible at close or at opening Monday.

Although I rarely post about other similar stocks, this post might be profitable to shareholders who read it, or are in the know. Abingdon Healthcare are due a Judicial Review by D H S C today at 3pm.
Abingdon Health is a world leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality lateral flow rapid tests across all industry sectors, including healthcare and COVID-19.

Today a Canadian Cornerstone share being $6.9 (Canadian) equates to £4 -50 & divided by 15 = 30p a share in Solgold exchange valuation.

Re my previous note their target price is 70p.

Interesting looking at 3rd Oct. Investing.com and have worked out the 87.84% forecast uplift equates to a target price by them of around 60p.

Generous dividend policy too. Paying 26p going ex div. 11th Nov. with also the talk of a special dividend early 2023 if approved at their meeting.

Might as well still hold as President consolidated whilst the share was well down. I did well selling Atome Energy £1-30.
Shall see if this company gets some recognition. Only about 10m + shares in issue at present.

All housebuilder's have made robust profits & hopefully the stamp duty proposed cuts will be favourable to all. Persimmon intends to pay decent dividends in 2023 so maybe scoop some up now at this give away price. Can say the same for Barratt's who also are paying a decent dividend soon. Still time to qualify too. We will see some more buying of both companies shares as they are at a year low.
