If Sanofi were interested in buying STEM how much would they pay for a product better than the competition, which was recently bought for $2.8bn?

I know they will not get my shares for less than 1000p

The majority of testing on STEM has been completed. That is why we are looking to split it from TILS. I'm hoping that STEM is quickly split after the vote and a seperate entity within 6 months. I expect it to depart TILS with a cash float of about £5m give or take for cash flow and full funding for a year at least. It remains one share in STEM for each share in TILS. There is nothing new in this RNS except for the end date. We already knew about teh ADRs and the funds being raised. That's all old news and totally accounted for in the SP. So no big deal. The end date is good to know. Its a positive. Onwards and upwards.

We all hold shares with an intrinsic value of about £20 each.
AT the moment though people are selling those hares to MM's for 90p.

It means that the MMs who sold shares at 110p which they didn't own have now bought them back at 86p.

Has anything changed to cause the fall in the SP? No not a thing. The basics are still there plus all of the new announcements which have been good. Its just a little patience needed.

Its my belief that someone is just trying to sell the company name to TILS. A chancer if anything.

I've seen the last few days as a bit of profit taking by some and why not? Its doubled in a nice run. The other strong point here is that we have had a nice bit of consolidation where new investers have entered the fray building a nice base level of support at this price. Onwards and upwards.

The share register is open to anyone. It is incumbant upon the shareholder to notify the company should they own more that 3% and then any increase in ownership above set levels. Equally when the shareholder lowers their holding. If Quilter have been selling more they need to announce that they have dropped below 3% from their last position of below 5%. About 7m shares.

I just don't buy this story with Quilter. They sold a huge position to below 5% in a short time. If they were still selling then they would have needed to release an RNS stating they had dropped below 3% so a days trading worth of shares not 3 weeks of selling off.

Looks as though its been held back to fill a nice large order.

How did you do your research? I see you just registered here today on LSE and this is your first post. I have no idea why you think AIM is all day traders? It isn't. TILS is the most unlikely share to be traded due to the spread.
