Whenever I see a sudden rise late in the afternoon I tend to think something is about to happen.

WHat is going on here?

This is a very, very tightly coiled spring. Breakout is coming and it will be swift.

A month ago when the RNS about STEM was released the company website said STEM was only 12%. I doubt the website has really been updated to take into account the test results.

I see STEM as a great product with a great future ahead. At this moment though I don't see a great marketing or sales network for the product. That is why I think it will soon be snapped up by a competitor with a sales network already in house. The question is who wants to be a global leader?

It was stated in an interview shortly after the first RNS announcement. I think there were two interviews and it was clearly stated on one of them. He said it was 'like a dividend'.

The CEO has stated that there will be 1 STEM share for each TILS share held.

The graph shows a flagpole with pennant that's turning into a tightly coiled spring. Breakout is very close and it will be huge.

Its becoming ever clearer that the MMs are working a large buy. They tried last week to drag this down with tree hakes but people kept buying. Today has been the same. They thought a tree shake would work but more buyers appeared. This is going to rocket up very quickly soon as the MMs give up or have filled the order.

Its flying at last.

Retaining 25% would be more than reasonable in order to fund further research. I have no problem with that at all. 10% is probably too little, though if STEM was to be sold for a billion then 10% is probably more than enough too.

The RNS regarding STEM and it being hived off into a seperate company clearly stated that shareholders would vote on this issue. Naturally you would expect this to be at the earliest opportunity so as not to waste time and effort on such a move only for shareholders to turn around and say no. Not that we would but you never know.The AGM is a perfect time for such a vote and involves no extra cost so why is it not in the AGM? An EGM or other vote would involve huge extra cost. Now we have:
No mention of STEM in the interview.
No mention of STEM in the AGM RNS.
All we know is that the company has signed NDA's with more than one company but not the reason. We can only assume that STEM is in play and we are about to be offered $1BN for STEM give or take.
We know an inferior product sold for $2.8BN 6 months ago and our product isn't market ready or 'oven ready' as Boris would say so I guess we would not recieve $2.8BN so $1bn sounds more reasonable. Are we about to see £5 added to the current SP?

Yes the Covid treatment is about to gain traction. This could fly very quickly.
