Hi Frag, One potential bonus could be that TILS sells STEM for cash and distributes the cash to shareholders but retains some cash to ensure no future need for TILS to raise cash.

This should be flying on todays news. The market should be reassessing TILS yet the MMs are playing games. Large buy yesterday could it be linked to a large buyer here? One thing for sure the MMs can;t hold it down for too long.

Great to see that jump at the end today. Nice bit of consolidation after the rises over the last two weeks. Good for the next surge upwards.

The record date cannot be back dated prior to a shareholder vote.

It is not possible to back date a split especially one which has not been voted on by shareholders. I fully expect teh vote to go ahead and the split record date to be ither that same day or say a month in advance. It cannot be backdated.

Punit. It means that you have not researched TILS. Now go and look at their website and learn.

Hey calm down guys. This is very normal and hardly a dilution for shareholders. Nothing to worry about at all.
This board seems to have been taken over by very green people new to investing or derampers using questions to deramp.

StemPrinter is now 40-50% better than OncotypeDX.

Great to see the Ducks are being lined up. This split could come a lot sooner than we thought.

Just a quick reminder about StemPrinter and the share split.
I'm working it on the basis that for every share in TILS we get one share in the new company which I shall call STEM. (This is now the case)
Recent valuations before StemPrinter was announced as being successful in trials were that TILS was worth about 320p a share. but Tiziana Life Sciences is developing its monoclonal antibody named TZLS-501 for the treatment of COVID-19. TZLS-501 is a human anti-interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R), which helps in preventing lung damage and elevated levels of IL-6 so the 320p valuation could be meaningless. it could be closer to £10 a share. It all depends on what happens here.

The StemPrinter news that it was a 40-50% improvement on the current market leader kind of came out of nowhere. Nobody had really taken much notice of this product before then. STEM though can be valued pretty accurately because 6 months ago Exact Sciences paid £2.8bn for a similar but inferior product. if STEM is 160m shares then each share would be valued at £17.50 maybe more but not really less.
So we can place a current value on TILS of between £20-30 £20 without any COVID19 treatment £30 with.

I tried few trades with GKP won a few then lost a few. Started with 135,000 shares and then had only 125,000 shares. Its just not woth doing. I then kept them all until about 125p. Ever since If I find a good one I stick with it. Top slice now and again and its a much easier ride.

I tend to think reality is £5 for TILs and £20 for STAMP. But with what TILS will have left over we could see £20 for TILS too.So to infinity and beyond I say.

A fiver sounds good to me short term.

Veyr true it could be that QUilter have the cah they needed now hence todays announcment and that they have not sold any further shares. We shall see.

I'm pretty sure QUilter have to notify if they drop below 3%. So far no RNS to this effect.
