Its always the same. People don't read but panic and sell up. My broker told me a story once about an oil company which did a share sconsolidation something like 100 shares to 1. I think it was Dragon oil. AT the time it was hot and ready to pop. Except one of his clients didn't read the RNS. He returned from work to see that his shares had risen by X 100! He probably caught it on Ceefax. In the pub that night he spent a fortune and bought everyone drinks all night. The next day he phoned the broker to sell and cash in, only to be told the very bad news!

This just makes it easier to buy ADRs on the NASDAQ. They must be expecting a big rise and instead of 5 times the current aim price of 750 ish it would be 3 ish.

AGreed JR we just don't know what the ture plan is. Missing it off the AGM was interesting as it was an ideal low cost way of holding a vote on STEM. So flushing out a bidder could be the long game and it looks as though it flushed out 5 NDA's. WHat's not to like? Head we win tails we win.

Yes agreed lots of scenarios here. The company is doing it because they feel undervalued. Splitting STEM forces the market to evaluate and give value. I am interested in how it comes out. Hopefully we see both shares gaining in value.

If say TILS is 500p and we get one free STEM share and STEM opens at 100p with TILS remaining at 500p then have you got a free 100p? I thing we might have.

Personally Sam I'm glad you're still around. You were falling for all the shorters tricks and could have lost everything due to them and your lack of knowledge here. Buy, hold and watch it rise is my advice.
