TILS has been NT for ages. Can't buy a bean.

I have sent an email asking if SNG are using TILS's nebuliser. This could be huge if so.

SNG are using a Nebulizer. Is this why TILS has shot up? Are they using ours?

TILS is moving the development plan aggressively aiming for IND filing for TZLS-501 for treating COVID-19 respiratory complications in Q1 21. To our knowledge TILS is a pioneer in developing anti-IL-6R mAbs for administration via a nebulizer or inhaler direct to the lungs and has filed a patent on the approach. Also, TZLS-501 showed attractive preclinical anti-inflammatory mechanisms vs market leading anti-IL6R mAb Actemra (Roche), which is being developed for COVID. This could lead to efficacy at lower doses. These factors suggest TZLS-501 can have significant clinical and commercial differentiation. Urgent unmet need means that development of TZLS-501 could be accelerated, possibly leading to its widespread supply for investigational use. the EC recently signed with Roche to supply sufficient quantities of Actemra to the 27 member states for studies.

Broadly, if clinical study outcomes are positive, this can potentially revolutionise treatment in the mAbs market which has a projected value over $130bn by 2025, comprising the best-selling drugs in the world.

Short term we have STEMPRINTER. We shall know within 14 days what will happen here. At present the CEO has stated that for every TILS share we shall receive 1 new STEM share.TILS has about 170m shares in circulation which should mean a similar figure for STEM. STEM has the potential to be worth about £2.8bn given the recent sale. 7 months ago Exact Sciences paid $2.8bn for a similar but inferior product. Part of that price was because there was already a sales and marketing support network in place for the product. STEM does not have this and so a discount could be expected for this. Except that if the buyer is a major then they will already have such a network. I'm going to stick with a sale of about £2.8bn giving a slight premium because its a 40% superior product. This gives a valuation of £16.47 per share for STEM. SHareholders have to vote on STEM being split from TILS which could be anytime in the next 6 weeks.
When the split is completed then TILS SP will no doubt drop a little. Except we possibly have other action taking over with the 5 NDA's and the possibility of a huge multi billion cash sale or licencing agreement for one of TILs great products.
Recent valuations before StemPrinter was announced as successful in trials were that TILS was worth about 500p a share. but Tiziana Life Sciences is developing its monoclonal antibody named TZLS-501 for the treatment of COVID-19. TZLS-501 is a human anti-interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R), which helps in preventing lung damage and elevated levels of IL-6 so the 500p valuation could be meaningless. it could be closer to £10 a share. It all depends on what happens here. That’s the basic share price potential.
Anyone selling must be crazy because this is about to explode upwards. with the potential to see around £25 a share just one what little we know.

anyone selling when we are about to get a huge cash sale is truly bonkers. We may not know the details just yet but this is what investing is all about. We could easily double from here within 14 days.
