A major betting platform provider chosen by Estadio Bet ( which isn’t being run my MOS ) makes a decision to invest £400k into a company that will hold a 27% share in Estadio Bet after doing their own due diligence on the potential of the Mexican betting market and also MOS.

Couldn't agree more Silversprings and whilst i could have sold many times and realised huge losses i didnt and after admittedly a few false dawns i think the company is about to turn a huge corner, this is most definitely all about the end game now IMO, the more successful Capital, Bet, Talk and the other revenue generating streams becomes the more attractive MOS becomes and i very much doubt the BOD are looking at this for divvies.

For a new investor looking for a 12/18 month hold for big gains this looks very attractive at these levels.

The point is JDentist that Estadio Bet has a world class recognised platform through WAT, there is someone on the board who has years of experience in the betting industry, there is a leading media company in Mexico with fingers is every media pie, investors in the venture are wealthy industry leaders in Mexico who don't fail along with the owners of some of the football teams we have NFT contracts with - couple that with the fact they have a full betting licence which apparently are like hen's teeth to get leads me to believe that things could get a whole lot better here in the coming weeks and months.

System there you go again creating your own false narrative, MOS invested circa £250k for a 27% stake in Estadio Bet, and talk and also a 10% stake in Capital Media - what do you suppose those might be worth in the near future ? - Bet alone could well be worth $millions prior to launch and in addition MOS are getting their initial investment back on a monthly basis which i would imagine amounts to around $1 million a year and will rise significantly as Bet grows.

In addition the other income streams from affiliate deals between Livescores and Bet along with the NFT sales linked to everything and the Bitso web3 tie up.

IGS was reported on in the last accounts so its plain to see why revenue is down coupled with the drop off in NFT sales in the 2nd part of the year so now the company is lean enough to take advantage of of rising income to easily bring it to profitability very quickly.

System you know very well that Krunch was key to everything and now MOS own it completely along with the IP with no monthly charge, this platform is key to everything that MOS do so stop intimating it is a white elephant.

That’s a fair point Techno but as previously posted the opportunities are very far reaching for what the company already has in place such as livescores.

If you read into the RNS they make reference to livescores, that database is huge and I would suspect that business will be an affiliate of Bet and therefore receive income as result - research shows that is somewhere between 20 to 30% of losses in a defined period along with an initial take up payment.

Given that MOS now has one of the best operating platforms through WAT along with specialist marketing it’s not hard to see how Bet could appeal to just that database alone which is of course sports based.

This is in addition of course to the NFT loyalty program also mentioned in the RNS - wonder what this could be?

So Lothbury with your vast corporate experience in investing etc you’ll be selling up when you get to break even although the price will rising and Bet alongside other things starts to prove itself……just to be clear obviously.

Think you might be getting a bit nervous about BET Amtech - just what are you and your crew going to do when it all comes good ?

as previously stated i do genuinely respect peoples comments - i won’t hide and have made my feelings clear to the bod - i’m a realist and accept the that things haven’t gone to plan but has it for many other companies - look at aim, it’s a ****show and has been since covid, many many gone to the wall leaving pi’s with nothing - bod not bothered, look at bids as an example or gfin having sold off there main asset ?

hasn’t been plain sailing at all, mistakes made, people saying it’s a sham and jollies everywhere ? - i’ve not seen sham company where the chairman’s family invest a lot of money or where the bod get paid in shares ?

they take huge salaries !

they have kept going and now imo they have hit the right opportunity, read into it what you will but you ignore this opportunity at your peril, i have bought a few more but not many.

i am here for the end game as i have always stated and now it’s clear to see.
