Really ? - I have a company that has 1 employee and lots of clients, wise up as to how an invoicing company works with contractors in that don’t breach IR35 rules.

Just in case you have any concerns about this.

1. MOS owes Ignite the some total of NOTHING.

2. MOS is not the only client of Ignite, they have been going since 2017 and have a lot of clients, their biggest one being Unite Union who they do print and text services for - look at their website.

3. MOS pay Ignite for shared office space in London ( I have been ) this is long standing from Krunch days as it is related party.

4. The Auditors and NOMAD are aware of all this which is completely fine hence why the accounts were signed off.
