I can only conclude that you are illegally providing investors and potential investors with materially false information, which should be a bannable offense at the very least. Anyone misled by your number can and should take legal action against you.

I don't care how great the asset is. Lack of cash is a fundamental problem and is one of the things holding down the share price.

The question is not so much whether the mine will be built eventually and whether it will be economical but how much value shareholders will have after dilution. The more delays the more dilution.

And I also hope for the oppurtunity to buy cheaper shares. We'll see whether I'll get that oppurtunity.

Why 10% and not 3% or 17%?

10% is just an arbitrary number. Even the DFS numbers themselves are not final, and actual profitability could end up being higher or lower based on subsequent developments. I expect there will eventually be updates to the DFS.

Also the reason for discounts are not soley due to project and financing stage. There are other reasons discounts (or in some cases premiums) exist. And milestones do not always lead to a discount reduction, hence "sell the news" - I've been in many stocks where the share price went down on good news and milestones being reached.

A buyout at full NPV is wishful thinking.

Would make my day, but they only need to offer a high enough premium for a the required percentage of shareholders to accept. That number is much higher than today's price but also much lower than NPV.

It's true he stopped buying but there was no obvious pattern when he was buying. He did not have a monthly or yearly buy.

The reason the conversation on hotcopper is intelligent is because the people there are actual holders who actually care about the company they invested in, not lazy trolls who have nothing else to do with their life
