My own view on executive pay is that it's the non- execs that should be targeted to make a difference on that. Would be surprised if it's not a live subject anyway.
With oil still around $30 and re engaging with FIG things might be going our way.

For most people on here though, they say quite a lot about the ralphski profile.
Put it this way, from what you say, the only 'person' round here going by the end of the year is ralphski.
