Very true BBN. Any fool can see the price drop has nothing to do with company performance and everything to do with SP manipulation. Holders with spare cash who bought at the top end of the recent rise are now staring a gift horse in the mouth - what a time to average down.

AIM sucks and there's nothing we can do. When the SP is 80p, it will probably be forced to 60p, and when it's £1.50 it will be forced to £1.20 blah blah. This is what happens on a bent market distorted by MMs. Show me the share trades that precipitate this drop? You can't see them because they're being deliberately hidden, illegally.

You can be sure the board are working extremely hard behind the scenes to grow the business and deliver value to shareholders. It's not for them to worry about short-term price fluctuations, particularly considering their outstanding achievements in that regard over the past two years.

Of course it's frustrating for those that bought late 40s, but ask yourself why you bought - because the SP was going crazy or fundamentals? If it's fundamentals, nothing's changed so what's the problem? The only thing that's changed is you're not prepared to watch this play out and wait for your (likely substantial) profit.

Daisan loves talking the share down during these quiet moments. Anyone would think he wants it to tumble so he can buy back at a lower price.

Fair enough Ophidian. I'm as bored of this as you are. Please try to understand, my sole objective is to protect my investment against strategies I view as intending to disrupt it. I have been consistent in my objection to those who peddle TA,it's not just you, and I recognise you bring a lot to the board that the others don't.

Critically, you didn't answer my question. "You said you sell when you think the SP hits a peak. Therefore, wouldn't you agree it's in your best interests to exert your influence and use TA to predict lower price targets?" Address that and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and join your approach.

@compost - the vast majority of my posts are 100% pro BMN. My 'attacks' on Ophidian are also pro BMN. I'm suspicious of anyone I perceive as trying to manipulate the SP downwards. How on earth that makes me disruptive is anyone's guess.

You provide a lot of valuable content, just wish you'd stop with the TA. You must be aware that TA has wrecked the harmonious functioning of the board, so why not focus on the positives instead of encouraging negative contributions?

Perhaps. I guess we'll never know. If that was their game, I'd imagine it to be someone that's long-term bullish but short-term negative and keeps going on about there being a TA bottom. Someone 'respected' that can influence holders to sell.

Sorry if I wasn't clear Tyfoon. Mr £50k was previously selling in droves, now he is buying back in droves. He jumped on the back of our tame seller/shorters to help drive the price down, now he's buying back at a lower price. Probably been on here for months spouting TA garbage to help spread the fear.

Well done LSE admin. I was about to give up viewing the chat forum, now I will simply report ANY TA posts to LSE admin, get them removed and users banned. In the meantime, I would advise posters stop responding to scum - just report the posts.

On another note, despite the miserable drop I remain supremely confident in this investment. Nothing's changed. The Lemur update is more evidence that there is an awful lot going on behind the scenes and management are pushing everything in the right direction.

The only blip has been production figures. I put that down to growing pains, including how that information is publicly transmitted. BMN is learning as it goes along, but no one can deny the incredible job done by FM, MN and team. If the company continues its trajectory and is fully supported by the renewables industry, it will be an absolute monster.

Positive or negative, don't listen to anything that's TA-related by anyone. Don't listen and don't trust the motives behind it either. Trust in BMN's management, what it's delivering and its potential.

What Ophidian got right is that there's a number of reasons for the drop. SP overheated and attracted clueless bandwagon jumpers who quickly bailed out when it started dropping. A lot of idiots that didn't do any research and wanted to make a quick buck. Add to that a big seller (as evidenced by Alfa's trade analysis) + shorting by MMs and greedy LTHs buying into drops to pick up cheap shares (as evidenced by Mr £50k and pals) .

Missed production figures have been used as a stick to beat the SP with. "5,000 mtv by 2019" could haunt FM - the company really have to learn from that sort of thing. It was naive, but in no way justifies the drop.

I'm in this long term. Arguing with the scum that pops up on here is a waste of time and I no longer want to read the board. £10-20 price targets are as laughable as the desperate shorters IMO. Don't want to read any of it. I'd rather just link to BBN and Alfacomp's member info and refresh their comments tbh.
