If BMN don't get any of the Eskom tender, I don't see the SP going anywhere for a long time. That will be regarded as particularly bad news and the shorters and MMs will no-doubt get their claws in and trash the share.
Let's be brutally honest, if BE cannot prove the viability of VRFBs in SA, what chance elsewhere? And to say BE is not priced in is nonsense. How many current holders would be enthusiastic, let alone invested, if BE didn't exist?
With that in mind predictions of £5-£10 are completely OTT at this point in time. On the other hand, if BE do grab a share of those contracts, all bets are off. It seems FM is quietly confident, and with his track record, who am I to disagree?
