Is there any truth in the “news coming” myth of the one share trade?

Agree that a market cap in the hundreds of millions is possible depending on the target, downside is that there will also be many hundreds of millions of additional shares in issue following any rto, that is how they finance the deal
Someone posted a while ago about the Couer Gold deal that failed where a value was placed on the cash shell

I would not be surprised if we get news of a change of Broker early next week, one more in tune with the interests of the shareholders

I have just sent an update to advise them that the smaller holdings % are incorrect
On the basis of their calculations my 160m shares would give me a holding of over 3% and require a TR1, rather than the correct 1.29%
