Hope so, I was buying in here in the PSL days for peanuts on a hunch before Antos arrived
On the lookout for possible RTO’s

Darn it, I was hoping that something was beginning to happen

There do not appear to have been any further trades since these went through (on here and HL)
Any more info anyone

If we assume they want as much preparation time as possible without risk of suspension and Friday 4th October as last day for EGM with 21 days notice, the RNS should drop this Friday 13th probably at close of business

Do not forget that Syms was appointed well after Antos bought in

Considering when Antos made his 21% initial investment I would have thought that he had his target and strategy already in place
With his diverse business interests I am expecting one or more of his existing non listed businesses to be announced as the RTO before the 5th of October, why else would he have got involved and fought so hard to maintain his control of the process
Him purchasing the 3% warrants of the “enlarged share capital post RTO” is the salient point, he only gains if this goes ahead

Getting sp close to my LTH average of .01575
We could do with a statement or update from the BOD to give some assurance with progress to date
Alternatively a TR1 showing major shareholder increasing or maintaining their current holding would maintain confidence

I think at his time of life he is looking to put his affairs in order and realise his assets for tax planning purposes.
If he can bring his private businesses to market he will be able to plan for his retirement and inheritance more effectively and efficiently.
Doubt he would have taken the time and effort in supporting BOU if it was not in his long term interest
I think that when the RNS arrives it will be comprehensive, complete as a deal, and far greater in depth and value than any of us have contemplated.
I am in for 1.3% of the total share holding and will be here until the end play.

Has anyone been involved in a RTO? What was the strategy for selling, do you cash in on the spike when news is announced or do you hold for longer term gains, possible sell half and hold balance to see where it goes
