Sheikh sold up and bailed out last week at 10p, that is what caused the sp crash!

On the website it states that warrants are 6,700,000
I thought they previously stood at 8,500,000
Could they have reduced as Sheikh no longer entitled to them?

After a good start to the day with a flurry of buys it has all gone very quiet

Coming to terms with a substantial loss on ADME, I was in for the long term since picking up MXO shares very cheaply and buying in once the Sheikh arrived, that has not ended well.
Fully intend to ask the relevant authorities to look into the delay in publishing the sale of 25% of the company after hours when the sale was timed at 8.06am
Hoping for better things here as I have a lot more faith in the integrity of our major investor

If it was simply a transfer between companies owned by the Sheikh or his private office it could explain why the price was so low at just 10p, if that is the case we should see an equivalent buy in the morning, the remaining portion of his holding being the 450,000 share sale might have been the deal cost for the transaction to happen and mm's risk of holding stock overnight

He actually received more than first calculation, extra £290,000

Looked back to the placing when HH arrived, he paid £534,000 for his shares
If it is him selling out then he received £1,000,000 today and £68,875 yesterday, profit of £534,875 100%

Not a lot for an Arab sheikh who will totally have lost all his esteem in the Arab world, the business name was changed to his initials

I concur with early September for news to break, assuming that shareholder approval will be required at an EGM with 21 days notice takes us just short of the deadline
At least it should be sorted sooner than Brexit!

I presume that the share price is being held below 30 to allow the 25% placing to be priced at around the same level.

Resolution 8 at the AGM gave BOD power to place 25% more shares, very interesting to see where they end up
