Well they did name the RTO vehicle Bould Opportunities

Antos has tried and failed twice to get his gold co listed, read somewhere that “it is shovel ready” and ready to go.
Would make a lot of sense for him and could explain his efforts to push this RTO forward.
The lithium project does sound interesting with the expected take up of electric cars.

Have all the TLA chasers sold up or is there news to arrive shortly?

I was watching with interest the transactions and discussion on TLA today, they managed to generate a 420% increase in share price before it fell back to 300%, on news of a possible RTO.
Wonder what the reaction will be in Bou once news of RTO target is announced?

Presumably the Sheikh will also buy shares to maintain his near 30% stake, cannot see him not taking part after the company was renamed after him.

Other than Antos not sure how many other large holders, website it totally out of date and shareholding’s and percentages do not tally.

Agree, either vote in favour or simply abstain as only votes submitted will be counted irrespective of the size of your shareholding.
Whatever has been agreed between Antos and BOD will become clear, need to trust that all parties are working for the same outcome.

I am not sure that we will have any news on RTO until after the AGM.
Assuming that resolution 8 is passed and the 25% new shares are allocated, at that point we will know who has subscribed (and paid) for the shares and taken a 20% stake in the enlarged share capital.
If it is Antos or his associates then we will have a fairly reasonable clue that a deal is imminent.
If the shares are placed with the BOD then who knows?

As today is 1st August we are now two months and four days from the end date for a completed RTO or suspension.
Assuming that any prospective target will have be voted at an EGM following a 21 day notice period,(not sure of the statutory requirement here so stand to be corrected) this only leaves about 7 weeks to complete the process.
Factor in the AGM due next week and holiday season now in full swing, the pressure will be on BOD and advisers to bring their proposal to market sooner rather than later.
Interested to hear other opinions as to how this might develop and when, anyone have experience of being involved in a RTO.

What do you consider that Antos has actually gained from his involvement in Bou so far?
He bought PSL for £1 and has to bear the costs of administration
Unless a RTO takes place I cannot see how he will recover his considerable investment

Traders tidying up their ledgers or communicating information?
