His last TR1 stated he had fallen below 3%
He initially bought a decent chunk of stock around about the same time as Antos, initially people assumed they were a concert party but he fell away and sold presumably as he did not feel he could compete with Antos

The Bould website is totally inaccurate with regards shareholders percentages other than Antos

I have emailed them before but they have still not updated, on their figures I would have had to complete a TR1 and declare a 3% holding

Why worry about the share price at this late stage in the RTO process
What you should consider is the percentage of the shares you hold in BOU as that is where your gains will be made
I am still of the opinion that the target will be one or more of Antos’s companies, be it Gold, Solar energy or one we are not aware of ( not sure what Scotia Exploration actually do)

We have two weeks or so to have an RTO announcement before any suspension issues so let us not be concerned, our major shareholder and deal-maker is onboard and he has more at stake than any of us, I an assuming that he is trying to float his private businesses via the RTO and is fully committed to reach a conclusion.
There are a lot of shares in issue but very few being traded, we have our positions in place and can only wait for the outcome.
