Massive buy and the sp did not budge
difficult to gauge what is going on here, are we finally going to get details of an offer?

How are these large trades (2,500,000) allowed to be cancelled the following day?
It is manipulating the market and should be stopped

A deal is imminent but he cannot trade in the shares as that would constitute insider dealing, he is a Director.

Any thoughts on why Peel Hunt are holding such a large percentage?
If they took the near 30% from dodgy Sheikh surely they would have traded out by now unless they have a reason to hold longer

Are we large enough to rely on organic growth, appreciate that we are forecast to be cash flow positive in 2020, however the 5% stake in the Aje field will not generate sufficient funds for several years and I am not sure how long the known oil reserves are expected to last
Would be nice to see the sp recover over a long period but unsure if this is the optimum way to achieve this

Some consolidation appears to be taking place in the Nigerian oil market, Eland (ELA) have accepted a cash offer
Are ADM Energy next in line?
Could explain why Peel Hunt are holding such a large percentage and new holding from Zark who paid 7p plus the warrants
It will require a 400% increase on the current sp for long term holders to recover though!
Are there no more dodgy Sheik's we can tap up

Are you referring to Mr Antos Glogowski, the gentleman who holds 15.85% of BOU ( I hold 1.29% myself and am looking forward to the RTO), did you buy back in?
I recall a few months ago you were quite vocal with regards his involvement in BOU

Someone on twitter "Lister Daniel" is claiming that a RNS is on the way announcing a split of CLP and Clear Leisure 2017 as mooted by RKB earlier

I think a sensible expectation is a sp
of between 2 and 3 times current price.
Any more will be very welcome but pure speculation.
I think Mr Glogowski will gain from his profit when floating his target company.

What is all this about ?

Mr Glogowski bought in here for a reason, initially he bought 21% ( from memory) then was diluted via a placement, presumably intended to favour the inhouse brokers (see RKB rant's from six months ago), so he wanted a clean shell for a purpose.
He forced the BOD to action, and also took part in the Open Offer, and topped up further in the open market, he is sat with 15.65% of the shares, which must have cost him £320k ish ( based on my holding albeit a fair bit less)
He did not enter into this venture without a specific outcome in mind. either one of his own companies or that of an associate, looking for a market placing, we will know when he is ready to proceed.
Let us all just wait until he is ready and then we can discuss the information that is disclosed.
I am looking forward to a good outcome to this, I have 1.29% of the shares which is a large investment in my portfolio.
