I appreciate the detailed explanation regarding the current claims situation
The only thing I do not understand is why you have sold over 2m shares when, as you say, the ongoing claims stand a very good chance of being settled in our favour

Earlier this week RKB was stating that the SP needed to be above .25 nominal value if BOD wanted to issue more shares
Some possible concern about forward selling regarding the recent transaction in Italy
Well, we are not far of that figure even though the land sale cash has not actually been received
Good opportunity next week for advisors to push through a placing to possibly tidy up "their local difficulty"

They do seem keen to hold an increasing stake in the company, time will tell who they are buying for

A few late sells with pi's taking profits
Risky gamble if they still hope to buy back in for the deal

No real movement in sp for months other than a long, slow decline
Then today we have nearly 10 times more sells than buys, and the sp jumps over 13%

Cannot understand why if this such a nailed on certainty for a deal there has not been any hedge fund interest, or have they had a bite but not yet declared an interest
