Bod have until 5 April to RTO so plenty of time and I am sure there will be a lot of companies looking for the opportunity to join the UK stockmarket post brexit

If this opens at 1p then a lot of us will be extremely rich, some even millionaire’s
Unlikely to see 1p though unless large consolidation and shareholders values reduced accordingly

The sale would certainly be in the best interest of all shareholders and might explain why Zark are happy to pay a premium
Am I right in thinking that Mrs Arnani's husband is a former oil minister? If so he should be able to guide this to a good conclusion
20p would probably be a good result for holders lured into MXO by the dodgy Sheikh and who stayed, me included

Topped up a little this morning, (just 10,000) in order to lower my average in anticipation of a jump in sp to at least 7p, although it is showing as a sell
Assumption being that Zark Capital and Mrs Anani (wife of very wealthy and influential man) would not have taken part in the conditional offer at 7p, a 50% premium on the current sp of 4.6p unless they were fairly certain that progress will be made
In addition Peel Hunt are still happy to hold over 20% of the shares, if they had any concerns over the long term viability of the co they would have bailed out and recovered some money in the process
I hold a good number of these and would expect to see them reach 16p shortly in order to appease the large shareholders who supported a placing at 16p late last year
The new broker is hopefully a positive step, I was nervous earlier this morning but reassured by commenst from those more experienced in these matters than myself

is this a hint to get the sp back to 16p, which is where the previous placing with existing holders was priced, they must be feeling quite annoyed at present

New broker and financial advisor appointed so starting to move forward
Just hope it is not just for a massive placing and dilution!

Completion of the conditional placing at 7p with Zark taking up the balance at a 45% premium to closing sp

We now have Zark at 9.7% and Peel Hunt (MM) with 21%, anyone want to buy a controlling interest in an oil co?

At least something is now underway, not sure what though

I have no idea how large your pot is but 90% is an impressive investment
