As for flagging up why Mr Glogowski bought into Bou I think we all sussed out his reason a long while ago

I assume the majority on here hold their shares on a platform in a Sipp or ISA
If that is the case would individual names appear on the share register?
I thought they would all be lumped together under the nominee account the platform uses, if you look at the Bould website significant shareholders ( which I have been advised will be updated by the Co Sec as it is incorrect with regards the percentages and out of date) you will that other than Mr Glogowski all other large holders are nominee accounts
Also apologies if anyone feels that my earlier post was putting personal information at risk, just interested to see how involved people are

Had a delve into Companies House records, this dates back a few years when CLP (Brainspark, as was) owned 20.9% of Easyart
Please tell us more, or give us a clue where to dig

Any idea what is going on here, for a MM to hold 21% is a little strange
They have finally got their placing fully paid but still we have no news

Peel Hunt have just disclosed that they have reduced their holding, but according to the LSE on here there have been no share purchases for the past week
So how?

A long while ago someone posted that Mr Symms was a contact of Mr Glogowski
I have no other information other than that inference, although at the time I think
the RNS link to healthcare was posted about the time as his appointment
Mr Symms does appear to have a long career in health based companies
We shall all have wait and see
