Are we due to hear about the next cargo offload and do we retain the sales proceeds from now on?

Some very large sales over the past few days, does someone know if we are finally going under?

Most of us knew of Mr Glogowski just after he bought in 21%
What we want to know now is where he is taking us
Is it Gold, Solar energy, Mining minerals or something else?
Or all of them in a combined group?

The accounts of Geoenergy show a value of £109m based on owning 50% of Coeur Gold
So Coeur Gold should be worth £200m plus, albeit based on valuation of the mining reserves
Is this all coming together nicely?

I think you are forgetting the additional millions of shares that would be issued to the owners of Coeur Gold in exchange for their company, we at Bou do not just get something for nothing, the dilution of shares will be massive
I still hope to collect 2 or 3 times our current value as a very conservative estimate, others are expecting considerably more
We shall all have to wait and see

When Coeur Gold Armenia was to be sold to Dragon a couple of years ago the RTO vehicle was valued at £28m

Has anyone got an insight as to how the mining assets were moved into the new co Coeur Gold Holding, were they owned by the directors and introduced as assets in the co?
The co was capitalised by the $55m loan note from Mr Mgal, is that where the mining assets came from?
If this does turn out to be the RTO target the prospectus will be an interesting read

At Co House it is Coeur Gold Holding Ltd

Looks like a concerted effort to get the sp over £5.00, no news and very low volume but a healthy increase in sp
I wonder why?

Let us not forget that Mr Glogowski has the right to subscribe for 3% of the enlarged share capital at 0.0001 following a RTO, I am pretty confident he will bring a large deal to the table within the next three months as it is certainly in his best interest

Looks as though a potential buyer has started to accumulate
When does the closed period for the Directors end? Expect them to respond with large purchases using the existing shares as collateral

You sound really down, nothing anyone can do to help at the moment other than just sit and wait, remember we are all in this together
Hope you have not overstretched yourself too badly or borrowed to invest, do you have someone you can talk too?
I am confident that with the significant personal investment from Mr Glogowski we should return from suspension and at least double/treble our value, others I know are expecting significantly more
