I cannot find any trace of Mr Glogowski having an interest in the health sector, although as you mention he did bring in Mr A summary who has a background in health

Abal have had a deal on the table for a while but appear to be having some issues getting it over the line
I am presuming that with Bou Mr Glogowski is co-ordinating matters with a hands on approach, after all it should be in his best interest to get a result for Bou and one or more of his other business interests

I certainly think that the BOD are aware of shareholders frustrations and will update us when the opportunity arises

Sensing a bit of concern creeping into the discussions
None of us can do or influence anything or anyone by allowing the discussion to become heated and potentially abusive , let's hold strong and trust the BOD to read what shareholders are saying here and hopefully provide an update when they have the first opportunity

None of us have a clue, all we can do whilst suspended is speculate on the information available from Companies House etc
Mr Glogowski, our largest shareholder with 15.85% of the shares is also involved with a number of businesses including Coeur Gold, the accounts just filed for Coeur states their intention to obtain a stock exchange list shortly. Mr Glogowski owns 24% of Coeur, please check out my earlier posts for more detailed breakdown of shareholder via various holding co's etc
This would appear to be a good fit for Bou and Coeur, why else would a multi millionaire have taken a 21% stake initially in a cash shell unless he had a solid business case to use it

Another one of Mr Glogowski's projects is Phoenix Capital (R-Energy) Ltd which has 292 projects in the pipeline, value per accounts £12m
Could be a project to float and raise capital to build the solar energy farms?
