Neither would I have invested such a large amount without the initial 21% stake taken in MXO
My original post has been slightly misconstrued in that I believed Mr Glogowski had identified his target well before investing in MXO and intended to use that as his RTO vehicle, what that original target was, or still is, we might never know as has been stated by others on here.
I certainly do not think the BOD are running this down until the cash runs out and am comfortable to be here until the conclusion, ( we are all stuck in now anyway)

This would appear to be a tidying-up exercise in respect of a special resolution passed in March 2018

Had a think about this, are you saying that the vendors of the target placed too high a valuation on their company?

If the target wants to rto and become a plc how can it be too expensive?
Surely the funding will come from the issue of shares on to the open market, the value of Bou as the listed vehicle will be small compared to the target market value
Or am I missing something?

I bet there are not that many in Aldi or Lidl car parks

I will watch from afar with interest, certainly no intention of getting involved with any entity the Sheikh is associated with
As for FOMO, that is my choice having seen the damage he can reap
We all have our opinion on this and can make informed decisions

I have no interest in ORCP, but as a holder of ADME suffering losses I must speak out to ensure you know what may happen in future

Just got notification from Co House that ADME (in the old name of MX Oil) as of yesterday still hold 195,000 shares in Superdielectrics, which is just under 0.4%
Worth looking into what Superdielectrics do (superconductors) and who they are in collaboration with (Rolls Royce)
