Is Lesoza Enterprises Ltd the London listed version, this is only shown as having 9k of assets as per last published accounts, no investments shown just cash at bank?

Would it not make sense to release the flanks approval RNS at 4.35pm today ( if confirmed) so they can openly discuss the information at the conference. This would allow them to make any statement they chose knowing that the information was in the public domain.

Note the "agreed discount to the market price" Why sell shares at an agreed discount?
