GOOd gracious me reaction ,no expert in any of this ,but reading the last pdf final decision ,it appears since nov2018 providing detailed eventualities for both oil and gas present with commercial potential were put in place by rathlin And obviously others with % interest ,submitted and approved by the relevant authourities by Feb this year ,So why all the ducking.
