I read sometime ago that the land purchases were well advanced and agreed for the provision of the sub stations !!! It seems we are now engaging in western style inefficient and very expensive bureaucracy to the whole region !!! It’s now pipe dream time ,hey were supposed to be bringing power (electricity ) to 100,s of village ,s by early 2020,s !!! The next planning committee meeting is on Wed 31/10 , but don’t know if we are included to be heard , as the agenda is not published until 5days prior to meeting , however am sure egdons advisers will know how far down the path we are ,just trust the chairman of the committee is aware of certain members of the commitee whose membership of unite automatically dictate that they are bound to vote against a proposal for oil extraction in this country by any means , they should declare there interest and abstain ,however this has not been the case to date and needless to say is both undemocratic and politically motivated ..

Members who have to declare an interest regardless of what ,I thought should abstain from voting !!! Also how on earth have 4 agitating arch left wingers with a political agenda far removed from the democratic process ,managed to get themselves onto what is estentially a rural community council planning committee ,there must be many other councillors with a much less biased attitude ,more suited to be representing the population at large , Mrs May needs to wake up rapidly to the developing undercurrent of extreme left wing biase in this country as well as dealing with unelected third rate clerks masquerading as high flying executives in Brussels ,who in the private world of business would not last a week !!!

I seem to remember after substantial amounts of coal had been washed it was reported that a substantial amount and being stock piled was fines ,ideal for power station fuel !!! Which presumeably is ongoing ,and accruing in value ,we keep hearing about the desparate need for more power !! But still eons away from concrete proposals let alone physical building ,is Rufus up to hard nosing it with the Chinese and insisting they come to the party over and above continuing to review and research the viability of a power station which is desperately needed ,especially when the world bank are fronting circa$400M to build a multi country transmission line with the proposed power station required to feed it designed to be passing conveniently right by it

Yes well worth more than a thought CHRIS , bearing in mind ,we have a new (ish) president with a very clear agenda of cleaning up corruption within government depts. but oddly the omanis have been doing an enormous amount of business in Tanzania for some years !!! The government had it got a backbone,would’ve taken matters of national importance out of the hands of those driven by politics and emotion ,a couple of years ago , it has been patently obvious what has been developing to the detriment tothe economy of this country , Wressle for example could by now have been aiding the reduction of imports ,especially from countries aiding and financing hatred and terror ,attempting to enforce a certain belief much to the detriment of many ,its high time our so called (Do Gooding nimby Green brigade Woke up ) before its too late .Amen
