THe planning officer handling the case , should certainly be advising the planning commitee members ,well before the meeting his/her professional findings relevant in planning law to the case whether he/she recommends approval or refusal or indeed an extension of time for further investigation .

Krikey,just came on here ,having seen a fractional rise ,maybe something happening ,but no , just juvenile bickering !! Very good idea BD, would be reasonable to suggest any exerciseable figure should have a %plusage in relation to the price prior suspension ,they ie the board , could then make some viable claim ,that they had achieved something to warrant the issue of same ,bearing in mind many would still be underwater from earlier debacles created by earlier board members ,but at least less so .

New management ,during tenure share price prior suspension 2.45 , now 1.15 .equates over 50% paper loss for shareholders , promise uplift in production to date nil , handed themselves generous share options ,real result dilution for share holders ,chasing moonbeams on new special deals !! Result Zero , now back to what they inherited ,praying a deal will become reality at the behest of zubairs/and mainly Tanzanian government !! Always feel , grounds for suing ,on the basis of irresponsibility ,should be available to all who have lost moneypurely on political or whatever grounds ,when ametuers are endowed with the democratic right to overturn their own paid professional advisers ,especially if those same amateurs were to be held financially liable not just the council to meet the ongoing costs of the appeal ,for which in this case as UJO and NLC who did not defend ,as here the hypocracy of you could hardly defend an application you had recommended approval for .i sometimes wonder ,have we an agenda by some in this country determined to wreck our economy by whatever means possible
