Perhaps details of there independent review of this company,s performance and shareholder values of last 3years ,in relation to salary,bonuses etc received in comparison to similar sized companies should be sent to all major shareholders ,I don’t think many if any would be rubber stamping mr Sanderson remaining in his post for much longer ,the question must be how long can it survive without a major reshuffle with new blood on realistic salaries and bonuses

WIth the current legislation ,could the company acquire either nil or very low interest rate through any Major bank gaurunteed by the government as with all businesses adversely affected by covid19 ,something in the region of £5M pay off with cash £1.85M o.s. Loan , and buyback with the balance shares to have in house at the current rate circa .25p ,end product a very healthy company ,‘‘tis pure preamble ,sure the legal eagles on here will explain why such a scenario is not within the realms of company law ,any comments appreciated

How many times since your friend threw over £2m company money into an unproven pot ,squirrelled off to its 6 invisible off shore directors ,have we been told it’s going to be the next 3months ,6 months or even next year !!!
