Thanks LSE03 - Surely a game changer for H&W Belfast clearly a lot of hard work taken place to win these contracts.I am hoping that their first Qtr's results will also be a game changer.

It is good to see that so far this morning it is a blue morning & that hopefully at these low prices there is thought to be a chance of making a good investment.Maybe the dust has settled after yesterday & people are realising there is a great future for H&W as I do.

Oh well todays trading update is better than nothing but clearly the full results will not be known yet but now expected in April.This is clearly a holding statement lets hope the SP does not dip as a result.It is a case of jam tomorrow we hope.

Thanks oldtramp for the post looks to me that the Dredger is dry docked at Appledore based on your link in addition looking at Appledore see link below there is a position being shown.If it was dredging I am sure it would be moving I guess we have to wait for a LinkedIn update.

Sometimes it is said that when there is such a SP increase as we are seeing today that it is due to 'News pending' has leaked.I believe it is likely that we are about to receive a positive financial update when they release their year end figures which are expected soon or potential contract news or simple it is due to anticipation of some sought of imminent news breaking soon.Either way I am not complaining. PS I am still waiting for an answer re the ML.

Looking at this mornings Buys are we going to see a final uptick? I hope so.

Clearly the current SP will only recover with contract news. Let’s hope H&W come up with the goods soon before we drift back down again. Rant over.

Well this is the start of looking at what Companies House can tell us detailed below is the link to Companies House for Harland and Wolff (Belfast). Limited .This has within it the recently published accounts of the company for the period 4th October 2019 to 31st July 2020 and were registered 20th December 2021.The important issue within the accounts is a clean audit report dated 20th December 2021 & within the accounts it talks about having a cash runway for 12 months from the date of the accounts.That is good news also it details the charges against the company & a recent satisfied one dated 4th February 2022.

Edit: It also has some good background information within the accounts & even though the accounts are out of date they must reflect the position with post balance sheet events as at the date of registration of the accounts.These accounts were well behind the date when they should have been released so glad to see there are now more up todate.
