My understanding is that under AIM rules they have to the 30th September 2022 i.e. 9 months.

Hi stokey12 - I have always wondered about where H&W were concerning the paying of their PAYE/NIC particularly when I see their current liabilities (will include unpaid PAYE/NIC) exceeding their current assets.Many companies get agreement to defer their PAYE/NIC when they have cash flow problems.However any Company facing an Customs & Exercise winding up order will pay straight away when they are in recent receipt of additional funding.I am sure there is no problem but it does add to my long held concerns as to how the Company is run.As an retired accountant who has held positions of FC of a Company holding Company listed in Switzerland & interim FC of an AIM listed Company the hairs on the back of my neck sometimes have stood up based on my observations of H&W over the years.

I must learn but todays SP is not a good look.The bottom is falling out of the SP I am now 48% down been ok in the past now not so good.Moan over.

Hi All - I have been following the chat today & yes it is all very frustrating but not gloomy.I am shocked at the current SP & a bargain for anyone prepared to take a risk.I just need for a 70% increase to 22.10p & I am out of it.I am sure we will be higher than that by December particularly if the Judicial Review goes in our favour .I am expecting positive news in the next month.Regards to all.

Hi Richard - Thanks for the update.I was just wondering what the other long time investors thought about the day.In addition others that go on these visits say that they will 'top up' & yes the SP is a bargain but how long do we all need to wait to see some sort of SP reward.Are we talking in Qtr 2 (nearly completed) or Qtr 3 /4 (more likely?) or is it wait to next year.Gut feeling only if you can.

With two piles measuring 7.5m in diameter and 20m in length, and two at 6m diameter and 12m length, this is the first time work of this scope has taken place at the Arnish site! '
