As per my earlier post I am expecting interim results this month as brought up by myself at the recent AGM.As usual we are being taken to the wire & I only hope that this weeks RNS is not to say there has been a delay once again.
With regards the continual drop in the SP there is clearly no point at which it is going to stop & it is that which concerns me. At some point H&W will be forced to make a comment but when?
To Sell now is not an option for many as we watch our investment drop in value on almost a daily basis.
I attended the AGM & it made for some good discussions after the formalities were over.
John if you are reading this & in the context of your confidence shown at the AGM I think it is time for something to be said before it is too late.

Hi stokey12 - I like your positive post & as for today with all the Sells I was wondering when the SP would fall & it now has.We have 3 trading days left to the end of September by which time I was advised by Arun at the recent AGM they would be published.I just hope we do get positive interim results by the end of the week in order to underpin the SP & a contract announcement would also be welcome.
Five weeks today will be the start of the ML Judicial Review at the High Court in Belfast for which I was assured at the AGM, by John Wood, that there was a plan B if we fail with the JR however they are confident that they will win.
It is an important few months ahead for H&W not just for shareholders.

Hi All - Well I decided to top up today & you will see the Buy of 10,000 shares this afternoon at 9.25 which will marginally reduce my average to 19.59p & show belief in H&W as an investment that will eventually pay dividends.

Edit: With regards Director Buys this was a subject that John Wood discussed at the recent AGM & he does intend topping up in order to reduce his average when he is not in a closed period.I would note that he was restricted until the accounts were published but now restricted as he had then gone into a fresh closed period caused by potential contract news as I saw it.I would suggest that those posting on this board who are not happy attend the next AGM or visit one of the sites when able to.

Edit: I am showing ‘Strong Buy’ as I am considering borrowing from the holiday fund & Buying Thursday or Friday in order to take advantage of the low SP in order to average down. So far each time I Buy small sums the SP goes down fingers crossed.We either believe in H&W or not I do.

Methil was postponed due to recent events.

Hopefully no further to drop.

Si_Derman - With regards Westminster last Thursday afternoon I did not pick up on anything but I will pursue the next time I speak to my contact.With regards last weeks AGM I did post after the event my thoughts from the day.There were two others who were I believe clearly private investors one sitting behind me & one sitting in front to my left & it would be interesting to get their take on what was said.Confirmation that they said they were going to draw down on the second tranche from their loan facility in addition confirmation of the timings of the units at Methil as to when the first will be completed for collection & any other points I may have missed.

Hi Pokerchips - I agree with your comments & I will be visiting 'Westminster' this Thursday afternoon meeting with a former advisor to David Cameron & I am hoping to get a feel for the direction the Government is going on a number of matters.

Hi Si_Derman - I think one of the proposals is to load vessels & dump the salt far out at sea pipelines was not mentioned.

Hi Lottie123 - I concur with your comments concerning the 'New NED' as I found her a breath of fresh air & I also sensed that the other members of the Board feel the same way.
As I posted earlier I felt positive after the AGM & there was no question asked that did not have a proper answer.
I asked about their 'Plan B' if the JR was concluded not in their favour & they were confident that their 'Plan B' working without a ML would work in a robust way to ensure they are able to continue with the carrying value for the IM project standing at some £10m on the Balance Sheet.They are however confident that the JR will be found in their favour & I tend to agree & they have appointed legal council to follow events.
We can expect the half years accounts to 30th June 2022 to be out by the end of September.
It was asked from the floor if the current low market value was a hinderance to future contracts & they answered no.In other words there is a total disconnect between the underlying value with its current contract pipeline & the SP on AIM.I also sensed that in the near term they will wish to go for a full listing which would put them in the same category as their competitors.
There is progress at Methil & I am sure we will get positive feed back for those visiting shortly.
Someone from the floor asked about if they had considered a share buy back & they said they would not preferring to use the funds to advance the company.
They have at present not taken up the second trance of funding but this maybe something that can be expected in the near future so I think we can rule out any share fund raise this year.
When the company is finally out of continued close periods I can see Director Buys so those Directors that have previously invested can have an opportunity to average down.
I will leave it to others to fill in the gaps.

I have just left the AGM. & met the board.My conclusion I will be Holding & wait for what will be the eventual uptick in SP hopefully before Xmas.

Hi All I am on the train just leaving Reading for AGM so will be raising the issue of the SP going below 10p is for me the last straw.Will be asking when interim accounts are due out for 6 months to 30th June. Other questions will be in response to AGM presentation etc Wish me good luck.
