Clearly the SP has now fallen & now I have just been quoted 7.098p to Buy 250 shares & once again we are also seeing Sells which are likely Buys.

I dipped my toe back in recently just a few & under water.The SP continues to go up & down.

Hi Avyererdowt - The monies matter as they have debts to pay & for working capital. I do not care how the debt is secured as long as it is forthcoming soon & will underline they are a Going Concern at which point there will be an improvement in the SP. Regards to all.

Hi The East - I accept that things are tight & what must happen now as discussed at the AGM is receiving the second tranche of the funding.The directors could not have made the statements about ‘Going Concern’ if they were not confident that they were a viable business. However I have e mailed the company on the point not expecting a reply but what is clear we do need news on funding soon. The low SC was mentioned at the AGM & it was asked is it a problem with going for contracts & they said no but now it is much lower.I do however understand your point. I am still positive about the future but it is all a bit tight as I said before.

I was quoted 7.24 to Buy & have just topped up 1,650 shares at 7.23 but it is showing as a Sell.I am still staying with Buy as I also think we may get news this week I believe positive news either funding or contract news hence time to Buy & start averaging down.

I have just been quoted 7.24 to Buy hopefully will not go any lower.PS Good post dawski37 good to see you have not 'bailed out'.

Edit: No company take on staff unless they have a viable future & I am sure the guy would have not taken on the role if he thought H&W did not have a future either.

During my discussions with the directors at the AGM from memory JW was pleased with the £100m backlog ( From memory he said 'he would have bitten my arm off if he thought at the start that this is where they would be now) & at that time he would have been aware of the interim accounts but was still positive for the future.In addition in todays results they refer to 'Going Concern' & would be unable to say so that unless they have a 'cash runway' for 12 months however that is likely on the basis of the second tranche of the loan facility.When the additional draw down was mentioned by Arun I thought that was also for September & I did not have the heart to ask on what assets the debt would be leverage on.
With regards the current SC & the IM Intangible assets on the balance sheet I did questioned this & was told they had a plan B if unsuccessful with the JR something the auditors would of needed to be happy with to avoid writing the accumulative costs to date off.
I appreciate why people are posting as they are but in my opinion & after having attended the AGM I still feel confident that the H&W will be here next year & the year after but I will be much happier when the second tranche is drawn down.Finally H&W would not have been awarded the MOD contract at Appledore if they thought they were not credit worthy.
I therefore am showing 'Hold'.Regards to all.
