PS Following today's SP discussion lets hope it is a final bounce back but we still have a long way to go.

Communication at last from John Wood & clearly the market has finally turned up the SP.Its been a long slog recently & this morning I borrowed some money this morning from the wife & topped up with 8,800 shares at 11.5 & currently 3% up with them.Lets hope we do not sink to yesterdays SP levels again.Yesterday there were a number of good posts which is good for the board.Hopefully onwards & upwards. PS Now back to 'Strong Buy'.

We will soon learn if the current Market Cap of £17m will go any lower which I fear it can.Based on recent announcements we should be multiples of current SP.So how much lower Directors of H&W will the SP need to go before you act? I accept that the SP is what it is but I do not accept silence from the Company.Time to say something John Wood !!!

Hi All - Based on recent daily trends I fear the SP has further to slip as each day it slips a few % will it at current rates be below a Bid Price of 10.00 this week.There seems to be nothing to hold it back.Just curious.

Edit: At which point will the directors act to save the SP & maybe the credibility of H&W.

I have just down loaded a credit report on H&W showing that on 1st May 2021 it had a 'Good Credit Worthiness' with a credit limit of £400,000 & no CCJ'S registered.I have also looked up its details at Companies House & can only see the recent charges per its recent new facility.On the face of it there should be no reason for the continual drop in the SP except market sentiment which is getting worse by the day.All we can do is 'Hold' well certainly for me but at the moment I feel things can only get worse before we have a change of sentiment.
Where a Company has a sudden increase in SP there is sometimes a 'red' alert RNS stating there is no reason for the SP increase why can we not get a reverse RNS where the SP is continually dropping.

I would like to add that the current 'LSE screen' is clearly stuck as there have been transactions this afternoon & the current SP is now 11.50 Bid 12.00 Offer.

I have just topped up this afternoon through ii & bought 966 shares at 11.790 = £113.89 & no charges.The top up was to round up my investment & also test the purchase price.Based on my transaction today it would seem Sells are more likely to be Buys today.I will reconsider a further Top up in order to average down further.I am showing 'Strong Buy' in support of my actions & because at the current SP & If you believe in H&W it is a snip.Lets hope I am proved right & that we have now hit the bottom of the market.Just got a feeling good news is around the corner.GLA.

Hi Lottie123 - I was registered to go so that makes 3 at least.

I have been following the posts of the last week & feel as frustrated as everyone else about the SP.I have so far put in two questions for this Thursday's event but will ask in London next week when we have the face to face meetings concerning the inability of the SP to rise even after positive contract news.It is almost guaranteed that once we have 'good news' 'the seller' waits for the expected SP rise & then pounces with their 25,000 & 50,000 etc Sells.Alternatively it may just be 'day traders' making a small return knowing what the current trading patterns are.
On a new point many Companies on AIM will now have issued results for Qtr 1 & shortly Qtr2 something H&W currently are not doing.More openness is needed by H&W to avoid the constant guessing game of are they now in profit, will there be a further offer of shares & what is the cash flow currently like do they need to draw down on their current borrowing facilities etc.
At least we have two opportunities to discuss these points in the next week.

I was over the moon with the earlier RNS this week but once again the SP is not holding.However it does not help with market sentiment than both docks at Belfast stand empty.Clearly H&W need to do more to improve market sentiment.I am considering attending the London event.Regards to all.

Let's hope that H&W can continue to remain 'blue' up to the investor events next week.

I am currently watching on the BBC Parliamentary Channel - The National Shipbuilding Strategy.

Hi All - A few early risers I see this morning however all is not lost & I feel confident that good news is just around the corner.I believe that the SP will bounce back but only by some 10 to 20% near term.I maybe naive but H&W must feel confident that they will have something to say at these 'investor meetings' later this month so still all to play for.
