I have been following the comments on this board this last week or two some positive some negative.However trying to post a positive note I would say that based on the various LinkedIn posts there is clearly activity at all four sites.The question is is it enough to cover all overheads & give rise to a positive cash flow.With regards IM well that is in the hands of the 'Gods' & we currently need to discount any future benefits for now.
Conclusion : We are all annoyed by what we see as the lack of positive news in terms of new contracts of value but maybe things are not as bad as some people think.For me I have no choice but to hang on & hope the SP will improve by the end of Qtr 2. & hope H&W are at least creating a positive cash flow for now.

In any other time this mornings news would have had a more positive SP impact but we are waiting for that trading update & that MOD contract so any other news is a disappointment. However I think that today’s news is positive & demonstrates a positive direction for H&W.

Hi Folks - I am not disappointed with todays RNS as it means we have broken into another market & also I can now celebrate as I have currently broken even this morning at 22.5p but now looking for the SP to double in the next 12 months time.I am hoping that these new contracts mean that when they issue their Annual Report & Accounts that at the date of signing they are able to demonstrate that they have a 12 month cash runway which means there should be no form of audit qualification which for me will be another tick in the box.Happy days.

Hi stokey12 I hope you are right but what is clear is that this could go into next year.Let’s hope that last years annual results are positive & that we get some contract news soon which will allow the JL to be on the back burner. Regards.

I have followed a JR before & the judges will decide whether to 'squash' the ML or not based on the evidence presented by the lawyers representing either party.The problem is that it is DAERA in the 'dock' defending their decision & a lot will depend on the ability of their QC & their willingness to win.If the decision does not go DAERA's way then they can ask for it to go to the Court of Appeal & the same problem then exists.In addition if once again DAERA do not succeed they can request for it to go to the Supreme Court but that can be turned down.For information on case I followed see link below.I would also add that I sat behind Marcus Ball whose case was successful at Westminster Magistrates Court but went to JR in the Court of Appeal so witnessed in my opinion a weaker QC representing Westminster Magistrates Court.As I have said before 'it is not over until the fat lady sings' which could be a long wait.

Edit: I now can understand why I never got a reply re my ML e-mail expected last week clearly a decision had been made & I also suspect the JW knew last Thursday when the 'interim results' were announced.Now time to move on.
