Hello 'Happy Campers' - It was good to see a blue finish today lets hope it will stay like that tomorrow.It was also good to have an update from Appledore.I am currently showing 'Weak Buy' but if I had the funds I would double up again in order to further average down.Fingers crossed for contract news in the next 8.5 trading days.

Thank you Lottie123 for your answers to our questions & I have leant more from them including cash breakeven was achieved through trading not the fund raises.I also concur with your sentiment concerning the future for H&W.For me I need a doubling plus by this time next year which with a successful IM deal can be achieved.

Hi stokey12 - Thanks for your post & I agree I also would not be surprised if HARL receives some contract news within the next couple of weeks.
In addition your comment 'He also pointed out that HARL currently has 100 NDAs currently. 'is of interest as it does at least demonstrate how many irons they have in the fire.
I fear a further decline in the SP on Monday but expect this to recover by the end of the year provided we get some form of a positive news.
With regards IM there is a strong argument to selling a majority holding in the project so avoiding any further expenditure but on the proviso that they supply the steel /fabrication etc.
The truth is that H&W are seriously undercapitalised & need significant funds to be able compete against the competition all of whom are listed on the main stock exchange while we are on AIM. Curently Bab****s market capitalisation is £1,582m, BAE systems £17,427m.A clear path into 'shipping' would be helped by further funds without further dilution.

Lottie123 - I am very grateful for your update I was down to attend but decided not to because of Covid however I am somewhat shocked at the small number of investors.However you were able to talk to those at the top & express your views which is why I try & attend general meetings etc.
Questions:
1) With regards fcst cash breakeven by 31.12.21 was this only achieved because of the fund raise or from trading?
2) What was your impression of Arun out of his depth or on the ball?
3) Did you feel more positive at the end of the meeting?
4) How did JW appear bullish or somewhat sheepish with where we are with the SP at the moment.
Edit: I encouraged my son to invest £10k in H&W he was £7k up now £700 down which I have agreed to underwrite I have to decide next Monday not to get him to Buy more shares but to Sell at a cost to me of £700 to be funded by Selling some H&W shares at a Loss or tell him to Hold & I risk further losses.Thanks again for your post.

Hi stokey12 - I agree with your comments but the question will be have they achieved a cash breakeven from trading or only achieved from the recent fund raise.In addition I hope to see that 'Current Assets' exceed 'Current Liabilities' rather than the other way round.
The SP looks pretty sad hopefully the next RNS will be a contract announcement.
Based on previous period ends we should get some flash figures in early January so either way we will have at least a handle on their cash position as at 31st December 2021.

Hi ban4118 - Because of the new covid strain I have decided not to go to the meeting which means that my vote is lost as I elected to cast my vote in person.
I am with ii & was contacted by them a week or so ago by e-mail invited to vote electronically (closes today I believe) or in person for which I received in the post letters authorising me to vote & speak at the meeting detailing the number of shares I have with them.
I would ask that all those that are on this board support all the motions however much you feel aggrieved by the current SP.
