Hi All - Well great news today & it made for an interesting listen as the Judge went over each of the points & slowly but surely knocked each point off.For some of us that have been invested for many years for me I started investing over 10 years ago it is a great relief.
Moving on I note looking at the London Stock Exchange site there are some substantial Buys looks like we may see some institutional investors coming on board.Regards to all.
PS: I expect to see a gradual increase in the SP in the next month or so especially if we get positive news on the funding.
I have just had a reply from the Judicial Review Office, Royal Courts of Justice to say in reply to my request about there being a video link for the IM JR findings & I have been told 'The Judge has approved this'.
I will look out for the link.
Happy Days.
Agree with you Shivest & so even better as it gives 2 days for the markets to react before the weekend.Onwards & upwards
So agree Kaeren fingers crossed - I am surprised at the date & it is a Friday.

Edit: Picture of JW looks that he is at the new site at Aberdeen ?
Just received an e-mail for the 'New Cenkos Report' out this morning all looking good.
Hi Lottie123 - I so agree with your EBITDA & I would add it will mean the creation of a 'Deferred Tax Asset' of many millions.See Note to the Accounts - Note 11 - CT at standard rate on losses £13.4m.
LWHL - I have not yet seen last nights event but it is good you see the positives & following my attending yesterdays AGM I was able to talk to John on a one to one basis & I would support what you have said about him.A hand shake can say a lot & certainly John seemed very positive & conscious of how painful it has been for long term investors but for those who may be new to this game it now may be a good SP entry point.I have over the years & recent months added shares but each time the SP has gone down I am hoping that trend has ended & hence I have reverted to 'Strong Buy'.
Great Link Kaeren - I am now back to 'Strong Buy'.
Hi Lottie123 - It was good to hear you yesterday at the AGM & I agree with your reporting of it this morning.I have just posted the following on twitter in response to the article on the ECGS - 'This is brilliant news for UK's shipbuilding & for Companies like Harland & Wolff (HARL) who will be able to demonstrate their new found skills & revitalisation of its 4 yards & compete in the world for exports.'
I am now back to 'Strong Buy'.
Sane answer as always.
Hi Stokey12 That is what my neighbour thought & asked about previous statements as you are doing.I think it is not for now & certainly not until the M55 contract is finished as I see it. A question for tonight maybe.
The new Company is for the tugs etc & has been set up to keep operations separate.
To add: 1) M55 contract on time the vessel being used for spares will look into what to do with it once contract is completed so nothing yet. 2) I think the area where changes are taking place is Methil. 3) in all the work on the barges it is getting them ready for the FSS contract in terms of processes. 4) The new kit they are buying in for the FSS contract will reduce man power significantly. 5) Progress being made on new builds at Belfast. In summary per JW the hard graft & costs last year put them in a position to achieve the FSS contract which they are now building upon & taking on senior staff positions to meet the new challenges. So all to play for Rome was not built in a day so patients is required. Regards to all.
